Default Random Question - how do you pronounce "vaginal"?

I have my first antenatal appointment for this pregnancy today and need to talk about whether a VBAC is an option. I usually just say "natural" birth because I'm avoiding the word vaginal because everyone pronounces it differently. But I feel like I need to use the correct terminology for this midwife to understand that I've done my research.

So how do you pronounce it:
    A) vadge-eye-nl (long i sound)
    B) vadge-in-l (short i sound)

Its a weird one! Mostly because I used to say vag-eye-nl because I say vag-eye-na.

    After 2 kids, its vadge-in-l.

I worry more about saying 'natural' birth though. I have seen heads bitten off using that...

I don't think I've said vaginal in my life as much as right now 😁

    A. I love saying vaginal, vagina, labia etc. I'm a nurse and a student midwife and I think more people should embrace correct terminology (although some midwifery literature avoids the word vagina in favour of more colloquial terms, one of witch would get me kicked off this forum!!)

I feel like as a c-section mum if I'm not offended by it then I can use it to talk about my own births haha though I do know that some people do get upset by it so I wouldn't refer to someone else's birth as "natural" as opposed to a c-section.

A my ob says it that way so I just assumed it was the correct pronunciation.
I think B is more common in the US?
