    I've only just seen this! How did you pull up? Did you do just the aqua pole or Aqua pole boxing?

    AFM I have lost 2.5 kgs in 3 weeks. Well on my way to losing 8 by my birthday at the end of November!

    I'm glad I've just done it all my way and not followed a strict plan. I've used the basis of the healthy mummy challenge and adapted it to suit me in a way I know I can stick to it.

    If I get sick of the healthy meals, I have something to eat I know I'll love but just have a small portion.

    I find not snacking after dinner is helping too.

    Now I just need to include some exercise and hopefully that will help drop the weight a bit quicker and help tone me.

    I did the aqua pole. When I've got more fitness up I'll do the boxing or the bikes which is January. Pulled up ok which I'm surprised about. I've got 10kg to lose to get back down to 65 which is my pre preg weight.

    On a dairy free diet as DS might be dairy intolerant we aren't sure yet

    Hi! Just reading all your progress! Well done!!! I've just bought my first lot of shakes, still pregnant, but planning to start the shakes pretty much straight after Bub arrives in a few weeks. Not sure about the 28 challenge, as I'll want to eat with DH and our evening meals are pretty healthy, just need to cut the carbs!!

    Well done on the loss @A-Squared I lost 3kg start but I've been putting the last kilo back on & off again in the last week! Need to focus again!

    Just cook meals that he can eat, when DH is home I include an extra 2 portions for him, he is enjoying the food

    Including the family is the best way to keep going tbh.
    DH has as much to lose as I do, so he is jumping on the bandwagon.

    I'm on day 3 of exercises; 27 to go lol

    Does anyone mind if I join this thread. I bought some smoothies yesterday and signed up for the challenges but I'm finding it all over whelming. I spent ages last night tying to sort out my me I plan on the app and it was so frustrating ;-(

    I find it much easier to do the plan on my laptop, the app can be a little fiddly! It's a great program once you get going though, I try & pick 3 snacks & rotate them, also only a couple of different lunches for the week, it helps with the cost of it all!

    Goodluck with it all, I've been abit slack the last few weeks, I'm 6 weeks pregnant so just trying not to put any weight on at the moment while being very very hungry!!
