I've only just seen this! How did you pull up? Did you do just the aqua pole or Aqua pole boxing?
AFM I have lost 2.5 kgs in 3 weeks. Well on my way to losing 8 by my birthday at the end of November!
I'm glad I've just done it all my way and not followed a strict plan. I've used the basis of the healthy mummy challenge and adapted it to suit me in a way I know I can stick to it.
If I get sick of the healthy meals, I have something to eat I know I'll love but just have a small portion.
I find not snacking after dinner is helping too.
Now I just need to include some exercise and hopefully that will help drop the weight a bit quicker and help tone me.
