Might be time for a newbie. I have a thermomix but bought a ninja IQ just for my smoothies because the thermomix is annoying to clean.
Should have bought one earlier. And i only blend in that for 45-60 seconds

    Default Healthy Mummy!

How is everyone going? I didn't do so well on the weekend with DSs 2nd birthday party but back on the wagon yesterday. I bought a beautiful blue dress from portmans yesterday which I couldn't zip up! My goal is to fit into it by my birthday party which will be on. 25 November so I'll need to pull my finger out and start exercising too.

    I'm bloody starving though!!!

    Yay @AmyEL

I haven't been too bad although I went to the Royal Show yesterday and did eat a twisty potato thingy. Not as bad as I could have been!

@A-Squared had my first aqua pole this morning. So funny. I was surprised I was able to do anything as I'm only 11.5wks pp c-sec. I think I'll be hurting tomorrow or Sunday
