    When you say they process twice a month, does that mean they send you the rent twice a month or that they do their own balancing twice a month to make sure tenants are up to date? If they only process monthly then they are still 5 days off the full month and you should get something soon.

    I just found my paperwork as I'm staying at mums I'm a hot mess I signed to get paid fortnightly.

    I'm just confused with wtf is going on.

    How much were the advertising costs and letting fees? Could they have eroded the first two weeks rent?

    For Internet advertising yes and it came out of my visa anyways but I have a flat fee of $1140 for the year.

    I rang yesterday asking about a portal and the new agent didn't know what I was talking about so I'm spending the day looking for a new agent FML. It's so hard as its a bad area etc. maybe I should just use our equity to build there instead of buying another house.
