Tracking actually made me feel so much more at ease and kind of tricked me into thinking I have more control. It also means if later on you do go to a GP/specialist you have data to back you up. Skip the googling though!

Too early to be AF on the way, many people see a dip around 7 days which is a secondary estrogen surge (it's commonly thought to be implantation related but it's actually not). You're still definitely in with a chance! Xx

When do you all measure how long you've been TTC? Do you measure from the day of "yes, let's throw everything at this!" And you start monitoring? Or do you measure from when you've stopped the pill/contraception?

I went off the pill in Dec, and I think we very naively thought I'd get pregnant fairly quickly. We actively "stopped trying" for a few months to avoid a Nov/Dec baby.

If I measured from when we went "ok, let's do this for real", with OPK'S, etc. it's been 6 months. Though I've been measuring since Dec so I can go back to the FS with plenty of data "Just in case".

I've measured from actively trying. We were meant to start in April but DP forgot and pulled out (eep sorry for the TMI!), so I'm counting from May, which makes this cycle 5.
