    Default Help party tomorrow!

Please help! I've left everything to the last minute. It's my DS 8th birthday party tomorrow. We were going to rely on it being a pool party but its still abit cold and now it looks like rain as well. We have a big space downstairs though. There's about 12 kids plus a couple of littlies. What kind of games should we organise. Does it have to be game after game food then more games. Can't we just let them sort it out themselves? I've always outsourced parties. Any tips would be gratefully received!

I would do a couple of games (musical statues/pass the parcel etc). Set up a table with food and drinks for the kids to eat as they want and let the kids entertain themselves. If you have an outdoor space/backyard and the weather is nice, just send them all outside to play!

We did party bingo for my girls birthday. I don't know if it's because I love bingo, but the kids just loved it.

I've just realised that as the kids are a bit older they may end up just sorting it out themselves even if you have a plan!

Thankyou. I think we will have about 4 or 5 games up our sleeve but play it by ear. I was just freaking out slightly!

Hi there. It went really well thanks for asking. It didn't rain like predicted so we had games and they swum in the pool. Birthday boy was happy and mum and dad were happy when it was over
