Today is R U OK Day. It's aim is to increase awareness about mental health, and to encourage people to ask how others are really going, and to let people know it's ok to say you're not ok. Please, ask others the question. A conversation could save a life.
If you are in crisis or are just not ok, Lifeline has people on the other end of the phone and you can be completely anonymous if you wish. Their website also has loads of resources that can help.
