    Default Trampoline for fitness!

Does anyone use their kids' trampoline for fitness? I'm a single mum who has been struggling to think of how to get moving more with two 3 year olds who walk too slowly to go for fitness walks with. I just googled and found that 10 mins on a trampoline is similar to a half hour jog. Worth a shot!!

Yeah I think they are great for it! Rebounding was a real thing a while back, and for aerobic exercise. It was usually done on a little minitramp though so your bounces are sort of shorter and more frequent. I reckon any jumping would be great though, if it gets your heart rate up!

I don't but it would be great! I take my oldest trampolining a lot and it's exhausting and a lot of the centres do adult fitness classes now, so a 30 minute boxing class incorporating bouncing/jumping.

I just did a quick google and found a bit of a fitness routine i might give a try. Just things like lifting legs, jumping with legs out, laps of the mat etc. Looks simple enough. Neighbours might think I'm crazy....ha!

I try to trampoline with ds every day, for the same reason. I can definitely feel it when we do it consistently! We kick a ball around and chase each other pretending to be different animals. I also land on my back and bounce back to my feet, not a bad tummy work out!
