Thanks ladies! I took 3 last night plus the panadeine so I slept ok. I'll be taking it in the morning from now on. Hopefully that'll keep me awake during work at least

Good luck @Debant with the travels and the treatment. I always get anxious too when travelling and even more so just before going in for surgery etc. all the best x

He's putting he on high dose puregon and menopur, alternating ensuring I do half dose in morning and half dose in evening.

He also suggested I take 25mg prednisone, clexane and baby aspirin.

He said I may have silent endo on left ovary, but it's not severe and I shouldn't worry about doing anything about it. He said he'd give me intralipids and do a lipodial flush and a biopsy/scratch did NKC.

Im thinking I should get the endo corrected if it is there, but that I should do the laprascopy, the biopsy and ask for a lipodial flush with Dr M.. and intralipids. I feel like he's the most experienced and because he uses a different lab and knows more about immune issues, he should be the one I get to do these things... Don't you think?
Wow that's a lot! He obviously knows his stuff! They may as well fix the endo when they do the nk cells biopsy, are they doing it under anesthetic?

See I disagree with that, I have always only had small bits of endo found but it has stuffed up my hormones and eggs..

Pop back into the thread to have a quick look. Yes. DrM told me to break it up to twice a day. But then changed what he said on the second cycle. Very confusing. I think they just made it up. It doesn't make any different and it doesn't even matter what time u take it. I just took them all at once in the morning so I didn't have zillion reminders all day long about the meds during the cycle. U won't be able to sleep well while cycling anyway. Good luck.
