    Gah! Thanks for that reassurance. It's making me so anxious thinking that pregnancy will turn out blighted ovum or something.
    The symptoms as crap as they are, are at least reassuring.
    Only 8 days until viability scan .. Can't come fast enough.

    Pretty much left it upto me

    As i really want a water birth, if they induce with drip i cant have that.

    We have a penciled day in to start, but they will allow me to push it back slightly

    We DH and i also dont like the idea of going past 42 weeks as the placenta can break down.... so either way only a few more days

    Yeah I'm tempted to test sooner than 7 days but I'm not going to. I just think it plays with my mind more and it really affects my mood, even if its positive but only faint it's still a guessing game so would prefer to wait. I haven't bought any frers so I'm not tempted but it doesn't help they sell them at work in the supermarket. Grr.

    wow, there is so much info in this thread, I'm very interested in reading all the posts and learning the terminology. I have two healthy kids but I've had 7 miscarriages and an ectopic pregnancy. I've just been referred to Dr Nicole Sides, fertility specialist in ACT. Absolutely loved her. She's enthusiastic and extremely motivated. I learnt more about miscarriage and fertility in an hour appointment with her than I've learnt over all the years of miscarriages. I'm still working out how I feel about it all. I feel I have been brushed off for years with 'oh well you have two healthy kids and there is no real reason for your miscarriages' and I feel a bit stupid for accepting that! You really have to push to be heard.
    Anyway the reason I've chosen this thread is because NKC was a hot topic in my appointment with Dr Sides. I'm feeling confident in her. At least someone is FINALLY trying to help me. I'll be following with interest and hopefully learning all I can from you ladies!! Cheers

    Come on bubba! Hopefully you have good news soon!

    Well Dr M told me that after I was worried I had no symptoms, maybe he said it for reassurance as I know others have been sick with it. It could also be the cocktail of drugs I was on. But I was happy tgat he justified it like that.

    Hi @ange1111 so hubby will go in for blood draw in the morning then they'll call you in around 1 or 2.00 to have it injected. It is done twice 4 weeks apart. That lasts for 6 months.

It took us 4 years for her, our second bub, started immune stuff about 3 years ago but was only diagnosed correctly with severe adenomyosis & complete DQ/HLA matches a year ago. So my winning ticket was zoladex 3months prior, neupogen, 3xIVIG, 3xLIT, Dex then pred, 60clexane, intralipid til 24weeks, progesterone 1200 then 800. Dr M treatment & nick lolatgis at Monash ivf too. So everyone please don't give up & do go to Dr M above all others but ask questions & still be proactive with him, he never tested our matches, nick did thank God. Also the adenomyosis was diagnosed by Prof Tremellen in Adelaide. I wish all of you here your hard won baby very very soon xxx
    Hi PreciousHeart, I'm so happy to read your post, congratulations. I'm new to this forum as just received a positive DQ alpha match from Dr Nick Lolatgis. The letter says we share the following genes: 01:03. I'm gutted and can't stop researching. We haven't even started IVF. I'm booked in with Primary IVF on 9 Nov and Nick on 28 Nov. I'm 39 so very anxious with high natural killer cells (I was told 14) and 2 small fibroids. We have been trying naturally for 1.5 years. Are you based in Sydney or Melbourne as you mentioned Dr Nick and Dr M? Any further info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Vanessa

    @ange1111 and @pingc383

    hubby has blood taken, he thinks it was about 3 vials, just like having blood tests so only in for a couple of minutes. As already said 2 treatments 4 weeks apart. Then you get about 4 injections in your forearm. They stung. But Dr M is very good with it.

    I couldn't hold out any longer and have POAS. It's a BFP. Blood test Thursday. This one stays.

    back to Neupogen questions.mhow long aft the weekly blood test does Dr M advise if there is a change? Or do I need to contact? I'm sure he said they will just contact via email. Do I assume if no contact there is no change?
