I've been taking clexane injections (200mg single needle) for a couple days now, supposed to start about a week before transfer, but none on day of transfer and continue till BT. I only have high NKC (one type, in uterus and blood) and no other issues (apart from endo). I've noticed everyone's protocol is slightly different here with dr M. He has only suggested intralipids for me if I get a BFP. I've never had a BFP so no MC issues with me yet.

We just have to get those embryo to freezing. From reading all these comments I think he is doing all the right things I just find him hard to communicate with unfortunately. We have an appointment next month so I will see what he says. I have been off the DHEA and the melatonin since our last round in August. I'm sure he will have me on it for another 3 months before we do another round. Good luck to you. I think we are in very good hands with him.
Thanks. I have a similar DQ alpha match as yours. I was tested for 7 HLA matches and a mismatch was found for only 2 of those. I'll ask NL about taking DHEA if he thinks it'll help. I'd think that testing DHEA levels prior to recommending it would be better. I hope you have a successful next round. You may want to check via his nurses about DHEA and Melatonin for your next round if you don't want to wait until your next appointment. Oh and my previous FS also said the same thing, that I'm in very good hands and NL will try everything he possibly can to get me there. Good luck to you too x

Definitely list the steroids as something you are on. I ended up in the ER the night of my 4th EPU with internal bleeding and they suspect it was because of steroids. It's rare but does happen.

Omg that's so scary!!! I'm assuming you're ok now. I had no idea that was possible. These steroids are a little scary aren't they? Ok I'll definitely be listing the steroids now. Although I'm only doing a FET, I'll be having sedation.

Thanks I'm fine now. Had a couple of nights stay in hospital and had to do a freeze all and wait a couple of cycles before I could do a FET. But I'm now 32 weeks pregnant from one of those. Good luck.

I havent been around for a few days, im 39weeks 4 days and excited.

But i have read a couple of you mention egg quality issues

Just as a refresher... i personally 8 years of no diagnois... on first appointment with doctor m

    For egg quality ussues

    He prescribed the followint vitamins

    1000mg vitmain E (for lining)
    1000mg caratine (for egg quality)

Thats were the two plus dhea and melatonin (plus vitamins around mthfr)

By the 2nd appointment with doctor M and at least a month 2 6 weeks on vitamins and egg improving drugs

    I fell naturally
During that consult he also added drud regumine for the T cell balance he had diagnosed

And why i had, many many many chem pregnancies (so nothing was sticking)

So while everyones story is differnt.. i thought someone might be interested or it could be a help
As in 8 years I had only had chem pregnancies
