@pingc383 how much did you pay for the tests at Douglas Hanley?
Lastchance75's post) and it can be bulk billed, but she said it depends on who the doctor is. I told her it's an obgyn/gyno and she said it's likely to be bulk billed. Dr M ticks the medicare box on the form anyway, so all good.
This is the form he'll send you to print out and fill in:

I, too, don't know if mine will grow to day 5. I have to do a cycle and grow them to see. The previous low cost clinic I was with only grew to day 3.
How many do you have for testing?
Wow to a one day turn around.. I hear testing done on day 3 is not accurate. Hopefully it's more accurate at day 4. Maybe hold off testing until your appointment with Charlotte.. Maybe she can tell you why they don't seem to b growing to day 5?
Girls be careful with the HLA testing forms as they will charge you for it and it's not cheap. I had trouble with it. In the end I asked my GP to request it because as soon as they saw it was from dr M they charge you. I told my GP it was for coeliac. In the end my husband had to pay $125 but I didn't get charged.
Yep we were charged325 each for the hla testing and as its the same tests done for organ donation might be delayed if they are doing those tests at the same time as they get priority. It took me 6 weeks to get my results. But that was in 2014 it might have changed!
Anyone else had that problem?
I wonder why they charge when they see its Dr M? That's unfair..
I'm not sure but the lady at the laboratory showed it to me on the computer. If it was requested by him it's charged cos we are not cancer patients.
Cause . medicare funds the test for only specific causes
They dont fund it for fertility
