    Default Restavit and breastfeeding

I have lots of issues that contribute to my low supply, such as previous breast reduction surgery and a CS, but one thing I didn't previously realise is that taking restavit in the third trimester may be a risk to your supply

i had terrible MS in the first trimester and restavit / doxylamine helped me so much. In the last months, MS returned so I went back to half a tablet a night. It also helped with insomnia and kept me sane.

I never felt I had any colostrum. No leaking, couldn't express. I thought something may have been damaged during my breast reduction. But later I could.

i now realise restavit as an antihistamine can dry up milk supply. So I thought I'd put it out there.

i will know better next time :/
