I'm 29 weeks preg, have been feeling incredibly weak, light headed, just unable to physically function in the mornings. Some mornings it passes when I've eaten and others like today the feeling just persists. I need to lie down on my side in bed for an hour or two until feel better. Difficult with little ones who need breakfast and care.
I had some bloods done that indicated low red blood cells, in itself not enough to conclude anaemia but it's possible. Have a blood request here for iron studies that I will do today.
In the meantime, looking for tips or tricks that got you through this stage... anything that you can eat/drink/do that perks you up to get you through the morning wooziness.
