Im cool with whatever we decide with the rollcall. I think its a lot of work too. I wouldn't want to do it, esp. like Maxwellsmum says, if i needed time out id feel obliged to log in everyday. I guess if we're on here a lot, we know where we are all at anyway and we could just be easy on each other if we have to ask for reminders about where someone is at. Lol, i had this mad idea once like, you know how people play chess when they're in different locations, so they both have identical chessboards, i was thinking i could make like little figurines of everybody (out of pasta and superglue- coz im so good at that) and move them around a 'fertility game board' or like when military dudes plan campaigns and they have a model of the terrain and move all the little plastic warriors around with a big stick. But then i thought about it for 5 seconds longer and decided im INSANE. (This is the main reason I really need a little person in my life so i have a reasonable excuse to make craft from macaroni.)

Thats b u l l s h i t. How are you supposed to understand your situation and therefore make informed decisions, if you dont ask questions? There's a patient charter thingy which states you have a right to be informed and have involvement in the decision making of your medical care and im sure this fs hasnt upheld that. What a mole. (Ooh i havent used that word in years-love it)

@BlondeinBrisvegas sorry another aspirin question (I'm doing Wazzas supplement list for my last cycle with Monash), do I need to stop taking it a few days before epu or not? I was thinking it would make bleeding more likely?..And what about the other stuff on his list (I'm also on melatonin) do I keep taking it right through to epu or bt?? Thanks heaps x

Wazza encourages us to talk to the scientists. We can ring them. They are there in the room for ET. They talk to us before the transfer about the embryo grading.
Man the more I hear about her the more I step back. I heard she gives little time to her patients too.
@Charlie74 you are well rid of her.

@infinity888 welcome back you've been gone for sooo long how are you??

The melatonin you stop before EPU about the same time as he introduces the progesterone so 5 days before EPU.
I can't remember the baby asprin but you might be right. BIB will know or other wazza girls.

@Grace1 Wazza keeps you on the aspirin all the way through (then your OB will likely keep you on it up to 34-36 weeks gestation). It's necessary for your safety due to the hormones you are on and then when you get your BFP it supports the pregnancy. As Maxwellmum said they stop the melatonin a few days before EPU and you stay off it through the TWW. It's safety in pregnancy is a bit controversial.

We should just trust our FS' and blame bad karma when it doesn't happen.......
The more info you get, the less questions you have. Stoopid woman, if she gave more info, shed get less questions- der. I once went to my fs, and i had a list of things i wanted to ask. He saw me referring to it and snatched it from me (in a nice way) and went through each question, crossing them off as he spoke. Lol, the last thing on my list was "buy hose and sprinkler from bunnings", he looked up and goes, "i cant help with that". I was so embarrassed, i was like, "im from a small town and we dont have a bunnings, i did prioritise the list, it is the last thing on there, you know". Next time i saw him he was like, "howd the sprinkler thing work out?"
But serioulsy, how worrying it must be to be made to feel like that in such difficult circumstances. Ive had a nasty nurse make me feel like that too and im just like, "why do you do this job if you dont have a genuine desire to be compassionate and want to try to help people?" Its not like you get fired from your day job and accidentally end up working as a fertility specialist or nurse ffs! The mind boggles. Yeah, maybe they cant 100% make a baby for you guaranteed but everyone can be kind and compassionate.
