@pingc383 they found the elonva was better at growing consistent follies. Ive used it the last couple of cycles.

@PING383 I used Elonva first round and got 2 eggs. So I am not an advocate for it at all. I just didn't respond to it at all, and the top up with Puregon was just too late to get anymore.

For Her: Folic Acid (Megafol brand usually over the counter at the chemist) 1x5mg tab a day, Berroca 1x day (I substituted a Mega B capsule instead), Fish Oil 1000mg's a day, Zinc- 40mg's a day, Vitamin E 500mg's (1000iu) a day, Co-Enzyme Q10 200-400mg's a day (I did 300 mg's a day), Low dose aspirin 100mg's a day, DHEA 3x25mg caps a day, Melatonin 1x5mg capsule at night. I also added Vit D as I was low in it and Fresh Royal Jelly (1/2tsp a day) but you could take it capsule form too.

For Him: Aloe Vera Juice 20mls at night, Zinc 40mg's, Pumpkin seeds >10 per day (I just gave DP 1 tbs of peppita's every day), Folic Acid 5mg's a day, Goji berries 1xtbs a day or 20 mls a day of Goji berry juice, Selenium 100mcg/day.

You can take all of these right up until EPU (except the DHEA, you have to decrease to 1 capsule a day from Day 2 of stimms until EPU). You also need a script for the DHEA/Melatonin here in Aus and have it made up at a Compounding Chemist.

Some of the Girls here on BH buy it online from o/seas. I think they use sites like iHerb to purchase it?

I've recently bought stuff off iHerb with no issues just so you know (paid for it via my PayPal account).

P.S...If any of the dosages have changed, could one of Wazza's current Girls please chime in and let us know????
@BlondeinBrisvegas- Thank you for this list. Can this also be taken for egg donor cycle and also can these supplements be taken as soon as possible before cycle starts? I am looking at starting an egg donor cycle again which will be my last and final try with IVF- 11th IVF cycle

@Mongol - sorry to hear you didn't get any embryos to test stage. Gonal f plus luveris is what I used on my successful cycle. As Billie2 said different protocols works for different people. I always wanted to change the protocol each cycle rather than repeating the same thing.
@Charlie74 - I'm sorry you got blind sided. I hate that. I'm sure if anyone has options for you it will be Wazza.

@BlondeinBrisvegas do you know if the aspirin off Wazzas list for everyone to take or just those with immune issues or previous miscarriage? thx x
@Mongol I usually only get one scan and bt at my clinic on day 9 and that's it (& this is with Monash). I find it annoying as I worry if there's any issues its too late by then to do anything about it.
@tuxcat so glad everything's going well for you, so exciting!!
@Billie2 around xmas is my cut off for ivf too - can't wait for it to be over - one way or another - and be able to get on with my life. Can't even plan a holiday atm which is so frustrating!!
@Green lady how's everything going with you?
@Maxwellsmum hello to you - how are you going?

hello to everyone else. Hope you're all doing well.

@Mongol, I am so sorry to read that your embies didn't make it to testing hon. How terribly disappointing. Just not fair is it

@Charlie74, I popped onto our Safe House and didn't make any comments to you as I'd not yet read your update here. Now I kind of wish I still hadn't. I'm so sorry hon, what a bl00dy shock for you. Much to think about I'm sure. I wish the news had been better

Help! Having a mild panic attack!

I thought DH was meant to be taking CoQ10 so he's been on it for months now. Turns out it's us ladies who are meant to take it.

Have I dudded his sperm?! He is a TESA bloke...
