I have been busy all freaking weekend doing "family stuff" with my sisters and the Ex which saw me chained to the kitchen all day yesterday cooking and resembling a human dishwasher (I'm not frucking joking either!!!).

Today was slightly better with just the Ex here for Fathers Day (made a lovely brunch for us all and a yummy caramel mud cake that I split in half a filled with cream as it's also his b'day on Tues but he's flying up to Nth Qld late tomorrow arvo for 2 wks holiday at his brother/SIL's place).

Suffice to say, I'm frucking exhausted and will shortly be crawling into bed!!!

Good Luck with your scan/bloods tomorrow @Tahli

Good Luck with your Mum's visit @Summer!!!

Goodnight Lovelies.... See you in the morningxoxoxo

    Yummo @midnite01.

I am having a quiet, introspective sort of night. We are placing the ashes of our stillborn bub tomorrow and I have been thinking about what I want to put in with them. I have decided on a pair of booties I knitted myself and a photo of DH, E and I. I am also thinking about one of the little newborn suits that was a part of a pair bought before bub pased away (unused by E) and maybe a rattle (also one of a pair). I have a simple bouquet of babies breath to lay next to the plaque which I thought was nicer than a huge multi flower arrangement. Plus I think vases will be hard to find the day after father's day.

I hope everyone is having a good night. Hugs to the DH's/ DP's still waiting to be Dad's. Infertility can suck for them too.

Umm @Summer are you just going alfresco???

My dog sleeps on the bed every night but I don't think a shih tzu could save me from anyone, Ivan Milat could walk in and our pooch would just roll over for a tummy scratch

Good night ladies. I made it through the two Father's Day celebrations with a drunk fiancé driving me bonkers. My fur baby is back in my arms after 3 weeks away and I'm loving being back in my own bed.

Alfresco! I love it! That's such a ladylike word for pooping under a tree in the middle of nowhere... Several times.... And hoping it doesn't run into your shoe... Or that your husband & DSS can't hear the trumpet bum that goes with an upset, anxious belly... Or that they don't walk that way & catch you with your pants down... Lolololol - at least I had a roll of toilet paper stashed in the car!!!

My doggie thinks she is the size of yours & that she belongs on the bed - she weighs 45kg

that sounds beautiful @faithandhopellove - I love the handmade things you've added in - I think they pass on a piece of you and the time & love spent making them too. I'll be thinking of you and little bubba tomorrow

I had an early drive to newcastle for a family visit. just going through uni notes & readings tonight and giving the cat lots of pats since I was out all day

Oh @faithandhopellove that sounds like you have come up with a beautiful way to say farewell to little bubba & honour that beautiful little life that you cherished inside you for so long. I'm sure there will be a lot of tears, but what you have planned sounds very special. Huge hugs brave lady xxxxx

Oh dear @Sunmer! I'm having year 7 camp flash backs from walking what felt like ages away from the tents to go "alfresco" only to wake the next morning and find it 5 meters from the front of your tent!
I think I'd be too scared of spiders to poop under a tree in the middle of nowhere!

Welcome home @Caesardust, I bet your puppy imploded! Enjoy the cuddles. Hoping praying wishing for two undoubtable pink lines for you soon x

@MissDa I remember that!!!! Lol I checked for snakes & spiders pretty thoroughly before dropping my daks - but drop them I had to!!

Here is my lap dog - she's saying "mama please can I sit on your lap? I'm very unhappy down here on the floor"
