I looked at it and thought 'how the feck is my GP or FS Supposed to answer that question???' That doesn't relate to IVF or mental health stuff.

I don't think it's impossible to do, you probably could do it yourself.. But I'd say it would be much less hassle, and be quicker if a 3rd party does it for you who 'knows the system'. I'm guessing they also direct you to psychiatrists who know what is expected/needed on the report. Not suggesting for a second that those doctors would falsify or do anything unethical- but just that they will know the right questions to ask, and know what is relevant & required for DHS to agree to releasing funds.
@Maxwellsmum Do they give u a list of doc's or direct u to one in particular? I'm presuming you didn't have to find one yourself?

They gave me the psychologist info. He's $550 but I was classed as rural so medicare footed the bill. He is in Victoria I think.
I use my own GP for the referral and he has to come sign the firm from the psychologist.
You also need a letter from your IVF doctor. Quotes from your IVF clinic and quotes from your IVF doctor. Plus register to centerlink for my gov access.

Thanks for all the birthday wishes Girls!!!!

I had a lovely day on my own pottering around cooking and eating, eating and more eating before I went for my massage this afternoon

I have yet more eating to do when I hook into the chocolate my sister bought me when I watch my fix of trash tv later r.e The Real HouseWh*res of Beverley Hills and I'll no doubt shove a few spoonfulls or 10 of that ice cream down my throat too!!!

The massage was lovely however there were a couple of incidents that did take the shine off my day temporarily...1) I broke my 2 cup Pyrex measuring cup this morning when I was reaching into the cupboard to get the bowl out in preparation for making my banana and walnut loaf for my birthday cake I think it was the Universe's way of telling me I shouldn't be cooking on my birthday!!!!

    2) DD sh*t in the bath when I was in the toilet next door I was busting Girls and had to go!!!! Ewwwwww!!!!!!!

    Yeah....Happy Frucking Birthday To Me!!!!!

He might have been my brains a bit fried today.
I did have a long chat with supercare this afternoon and it was quite interesting a few of the things she told me.
I have a trillion things to do tomorrow too get the last bit of it sorted out including chasing QFG up again for their quote info. It will be interesting to see if mine gets approved I'm sort of a newish case for them they even talked about me in their toolbox meeting. Because I'm trying to claim 15 multiple embryo cycle transfers.
