Yeah we are trying to work out whether to try and some cycles this year with Monash as we are already seeing them and they are ready for us to say yes we are going ahead and let them know when day 1 is or whether to wait until our appointment in February with Warren. It is just hard as my scan on day 11 with Monash showed 7 follicles with 1 dominant 19mm with and getting my LH surge the same night of my scan and this was with IVF medications just naturally with acupuncture for 8 weeks, chinese herbs and elevit. So we are trying to get all our info together before we decide which way we are going. thanks everyone for the info you have given us.

    Default IVF over 40#39

@BlondeinBrisvegas that is great news about being able to move forward with DD! Good on you for your persistence, you are an awesome Mum!

I love that you have no greys - me neither! I'm dreading the day the hairdresser finds one!

And that honeycomb looks divine - hope you're taking the time to savour it.

I'm with you @Caesardust re wondering if all the meds make a difference. Hence wanting to do a truly natural FET. In my head I was calling it Operation Dumbo Drop. Just drop those embryos in place.
I'll know next Wednesdsay whether Warrens protocol is making a blind bit of difference to my lining. Then if I can get to transfer, will it make any difference to implantation and retaining a pregnancy. There's so many variables including embryo quality of course.
I do wonder whether Pred, intralipids etc will gently phase out over time, a trend for 5-10 years as a nurse suggested to me while administering my intralipids, or maybe they will become more popular with further studies. There's certainly women doing the Bondi type of protocol with no diagnosed immune issues. Just ticking another box. Reaching for hope as we all do.

I may have solved my crinkle crinkle. The flatness of my outer hip/thigh area is great. God knows if it's absorbing as well, so I've hedged my bets. One on my tummy and one on my hip. I think they just need to be on a fatty area my pharmacist said.
@BlondeinBrisvegas Wishing you a wonderful day tomorrow, gorgeous generous gal (with no grey hairs!). xx
@Maxwellsmum How long did it take you before you were throwing up on this protocol? It feels pretty darn imminent.

About 2 to 3 days into my cycles I threw up and then again every other day. Usually every second day.
I also got a lot of heat flushes and racing heart beat. It's hard with the protocol to know what drugs actually cause what side effect. I think the viagra or nitridur caused the racing heart. The Trental caused the throwing up and the added Eostrogen caused the flushes. That's just me narrowing down from previous cycles and what I was taking and how I responded. One thing i will say is if you get a symptom just ride it out it they will pass. It's just your body getting used to the medications.

I remember when I was throwing up my main concern was "nooo my meds". It's usually okay though as they absorb fairly quickly.

I feel for you hun its a hard protocol. There is a silver lining though . Well you know what I mean. Xo

@Summer glad your visit is going better than expected. It totally sounds like my mum, she too has some underlying mental health issue that has never been diagnosed that drives the negative behaviour, unfortunately these things get worse with age and I notice a deterioration every visit which is challenging.

@Tahli warren doesn't stop any of his drugs until after you get a BFP. I stayed on the lot except for the FSH until I POAS and got BFN then I stopped of my own back. He even kept me on the viagra.
He adds in Provera and progesterone 5 days before ET and the pregnyl boosters.
