Turns out AF was but a fleeting moment. I've had shocking cramps for 2 days, got some spotting yesterday, some even lighter spotting today (really just a pink swipe when I wipe) and I reckon tomorrow it'll be gone.

Clinic said that's to be expected - First 'proper' AF was on 08/09 and this pill-induced one came on 21/09 after 10 days on the pill. Starting to worry I've not bled enough. Is everything in order, do you think?
@Blossom74 i rarely get more that a pink swipe and 1 panty liner needed for an 'after a pill cycle' bleed, they always tell me it still counts and not to worry (but i know how concerning it seems coz like where does it go if it diesnt come out???)
