@brib do you get charged for cancelled cycles and scans? My clinic only charges if they are able to do what they are meant to eg FET or ICSI. I have had 2 cancelled FET cycles this year and haven't been charged a cent, except for the meds.

Yes we'll it helped my fertilisation rate that's for sure.
I've just had my embryos pgs tested after a mc last month due to chromosomal issues. Expecting AF any day now. If I pass the clot left over from the mc and my blood has no HCG then I'll be able to begin taking puregon for my lining within the next week and start this ball rolling!
    How about you?

But a part of me is sad. I can't say this anywhere else and I am happy but it still hurts that Im not pregnant The day I found out I had fertility issues was the day they told me they were pregnant. I want to be pregnant so much and I guess this is just another reminder that I'm not. I see the FS tomorrow for my next treatment cycle plan so it feels like my hard journey has travelled alongside their happy one. I will love and spoil my nephew to bits and I hope I can give him a cousin (soon!) but I can't ignore the hurt. I can't voice this anywhere else so thank you guys for having this space for me to be honest.
Yes I can definitely relate to how you're felling. Sending you a big cyber hug your way, I'm sorry this is tough for you. It's not fair, you dont deserve to be in this situation and it sucks that any of us are.
I know that it's tough hearing people move through their fertility journey when it feels like we're just treading water. It's so good you feel comfortable enough to share with us because it's important to speak to people who can relate, even if it's to know that you're not a horrible person for having these thoughts. Don't feel guilty for these feelings, they're completely natural. I hope you're ok, look after yourself. And good luck with your FS tomorrow. The only thing that gets me by is the hope that it'll work one day.
    Xxx

@reecey5 my FS said that there is no evidence to say waiting a month increases the chances. If my bloods and body is ready he's happy me to start again. I'm seeing my acupuncturist again today so hopefully she helps level out my hormones. My HCG was at 14 last Friday so I'm close to being baseline

Oh day 3! That's exciting. Should be close to implantation time for you. Let us know if you get any symptoms. And good luck during the tww, it's always tough.
    Will you POAS?

@lotsathoughts that's great, I think it's always better to get straight back into it. All of the waiting around sucks enough.

It is exciting, but we're probably feeling more nervous than excited right now. It's just horrible having no idea which way it will go. Symptoms so far... constipated, gassy, bad upper back pain last night, some mild cramps. Not sure if it's the progesterone, AF or BFP haha.

Oh Hun it's perfectly normal to feel that way & if it's not I'm crazy too so you aren't alone. Today marks 4 years since DH & I got our first bfp together (MMC @12 weeks). Never in my wildest dreams did I think we'd still be trying for our take home baby 4 years down the track & having multiple close friends fall pregnant unexpectedly or first month of trying I've been in your shoes quiet a few times (some of these friends are onto having their 2nd bubs in the time frame). I'd never wish my journey on any of them but hell it would be nice to cop a little slack.

I had a big post I lost with all my other responses argh so I'm sorry girls but hi to everyone else. I was sick most of last night myself so can't remember what I'd written in my sleep deprived unwell state.

AFM: CD5 and AF was a ***** days 1-3 but then stopped all of a sudden which was strange. Off for my first scan on Thursday & have my final math exam for uni course tomorrow.

@katham congratulations on being an Aunty.
Don't feel bad about being sad, we have all been there and all understand. We are allowed to be sad when others are achieving there dreams and ours isn't moving forward. We are all here to support each other. Hugs for you x

So I've got myself out of bed, still have some pain and dragged my butt to work.
I'm all the organizing of getting my drugs etc I left my purse at home with my access card and ID. So struggled to get into the building. Finally got in and now at my desk in pain.
Oh should have stayed home haha.
    Day can only improve
