Hi Ladies, I am just about to start my first frozen embryo cycle using progynova 3 times day from day 1. What cycle day do they do a transfer on if you're pumped with progynova? I've got day 5 embryos, does that mean they will transfer on ovulation day plus 5 days? I've no idea how this works!

They measure your lining (my clinic does it on Day 12) then after if it's not thick enough. Once lining is ready you start progesterone and transfer 5 or 6 days after that for a Day 5 embie, I think it depends when your clinic freezes/thaws the embies for exact timing.

Thanks, I've tried to keep distracted and trying not to monitor my body too much! Im not getting the nasty symptoms from last time so it feels easier this time.

Hi @Gingerlion I've just had a natural FET cycle with a 3 day embryo....after 5 days of BT they said i had started ovulation and I didn't need an ultrasound to check my lining! I then transfered day 17...which was 4 days after I started ovulation. This is my 1st FET so I don't know if its different dependent upon your cycle length and day of embryo?

Usually on a HRT FET with Progynova you won't ovulate. The estrogen suppresses your natural cycle, it's all controlled by meds. So you just take them until lining is right and transfer is scheduled for the right number of days after you start progesterone.

That's a good number. With my first round we had a similar number of eggs.
