    *Rant alert*

I am so p*ssed off. I went for my 10 day scan today for a frozen cycle. I had egg pick up in August so ovaries all over the place still.

Girl shows up to do my scan and looks about 12. Not the usual person. As she is doing the scan she tells me I have an endometrioma on my right ovary and it might need to be removed (I already know they don't do this at Monash IVF for IVF patients), I tell her they don't do that for IVF - shouldn't she know this? Spends ages poking around. Then she says ' do you mind if I call in my supervisor? nothing to worry about'. So calls in the supervisor who proceeds to tell her 'yes that's a hydrosalpinx'(blocked tube for those that haven't been affected by this). Now. two weeks ago I had a tubal patencey (spelling?) test which showed both fallopian tubes are open which I tell the supervisor, she looks surprised and tells me it looks blocked and shrugs her shoulders. So now I'm angry. 2 weeks ago I have a test that shows tubes open. She obviously thinks I don't know what she's talking about as they chat about my supposed blocked tube. I call my FS wanting to know what the hell is going on, obvs he can't talk and I'm still waiting for a call back. I am so disappointed in Monash IVF today. I can't believe they would discuss that while I'm there and then dismiss me. URGH

I feel your pain and would be so frustrated at this! You no your body best especially going through this! I had hydrosalpinx affect both my tubes and were removed in 2012 mine was severe and would leak into my uterus and stop all future pregnancies! Back then the only way to find out if you had hydro was a laparoscopy, didn't no they could do it via ultrasound now! I also had my eggs collected in August after IVM go in for my FET tomorrow!
Good luck with everything are you doing a natural or medicated FET?

    Thanks @Babydream101. Good luck tomorrow

I had surgery for this issue 2 years ago and the tube was open so this issue really f+ing bugs me. I feel like they are sending me round and around in circles. They can see fluid build up on the ultrasound and it's only a guess. But the patency test is pretty accurate as they shoot dye that glows through the tubes and watch it come out the other end. I watched it with the specialist.

I'm doing a medicated cycle with progynova and endometrim only. Lining is at 8mm so all ready to go but now I want to know what is really going on with this tube. How can the dye go through fine 2 weeks ago and I saw that with my own eyes but now the tube is blocked?

Congratulations that is fantastic news! So excited for you

I had my scan this morning and just waiting for a call. It looks like retrivial is going to be Friday. I have one that is 2.5 in size so they are worried that one is ready to ovulate and will take the others with it. They said I have 10 mature ones and 5 that are nearly there so by Friday could be good!

And I brought a skirt for my event on Sunday! Long and flowy from jeanswest , yah!!!

Wow @Gingerlion that is awful!! How frustrating!

Oh my god @Juliannicholson that is so exciting! Congratulations X

You must be so excited for Friday @mish239 and love that you found something to wear! Go the maxi skirt 🏻!

I finally got my period today woo hoo ! This will be my 4th transfer (2 negatives and 1 mc) when do you get to the stage to have a double transfer? Is anyone having doubles? My clinic said they don't like to do them as if I fall pregnant it will be a high risk pregnancy but I like the idea that it gives me a better chance! Thoughts? X
