Yeah true. And I think because he's just not that into her, he's not using a filter or thinking about what she might want to hear

Yeh, he's just not invested in how she feels etc.

You can see in his diary type monologues that he was almost trying to talk himself into liking her. But it's obvious that he isn't remotely physically attracted to her, which is going to shatter her already very low self esteem with regard to her appearance

I also think that "not having much to talk about" after 3 days is a massive red flag. What are they going to do for the next 60 years, if after 3 days they run out?

I'm just not sure why the "experts" would put them together when the poor girl is already insecure about how she looks and he obviously has a type or style perhaps.
Only thing I can think of is for the drama.

They needed the obligatory "guaranteed fail" probably

It makes me wonder if the gay couple were the only two applicants or something? They just seem totally and completely different from each other, and so dramatic

Yeh they seem different but in a good way. They really have that "couple" look about them.

The gay couple, they just seem like a disaster. I mean, taking off while the guy is in the shower is not overly mature and if you're upset by the lack of hand holding, then go sit next to his ffs. I kind of side with baldy in this one.

Also, that boat thing looked awesome and I want to do it

It's so frustrating how they don't communicate their needs. It's a brand new relationship, the partner is not a mind reader!

I was annoyed when one of the gay guys said, "I didn't know I had to win him over"...are you for real! Even though the show has put them together, they still have to put effort in!
