Thanks for the suggestions - while the GP works 1 day a fortnight for the mental health service my recovery clinician is going to see if I can see her there even though it is a different location to where I am usually seen (while the clinicians are based in different locations they still work at all sites so all know each other) or she can come here to the ward beforehand, or work out another option when she sees her next week.

Just as DH tapped me on the shoulder this morning to DTD, we hear "hello mate" as FIL came inside and got DS out of his cot.
    Oh well, maybe later

DS's new favourite word is clock. Except he can't manage the L. And he thinks that everything round with one or more hands is a clock. 😂😂😂

Argh. I generally try not to rant about my DH, I know I've got it pretty good but I'm just so cranky right now. I have been spring cleaning the whole house. His one job was to move the contents of the sun room (currently toyroom) to the spare room and move the contents of the spare room (storage) to the sunroom.
He got given the job about 6 weeks ago. It's been sitting half done all that time. Both rooms went from useable but not ideal, to completely unuseable. I went away Sunday morning and came home Thursday night. Had all the kids with me, so he had the house to himself. Fair enough he worked day shift each of those days, incl the Sunday (7am-3pm) but he didn't touch them at all. Not only that, but he made some more mess for me to deal with when I got home. He didn't do any washing, so all the sheets and clothes that were in the hamper (I had quickly collected everything up before I left on the Sunday and dumped it in the hamper) with what was a slightly damp towel, all mouldy so I just tossed them out. He did a load in the dishwasher and collected dirty clothes from our room. That was his extent of housework while I was gone. Oh, and he took our electric blanket up to a friends house (she has a bigger washing machine) and washed it, along with some towels, and left them all in the laundry. Wet. So they need to all be rewashed again (if they aren't mouldy).

    ARGH!!!!!!!! Just do something ffs.

Seeing Sydney fans cry 'Umpire favortism" because they lost.
Makes you realise just how many bitter sportsmanship is out there.

I don't watch football, but damn I do have a facebook wall.

I do feel for the umpires. They are human. They can only see so much and base their decisions on what they see. They do not have camera views like us. Or replay. Or slow replay.

I'd say 99% of the time decisions are fair. And that 1% lrft over is usually just human error which is understandable.

I watched the game. I thought the umpires did a great job. I think they missed 1 or 2 things but again - they cannot see everything!

My head is itchy because I need to wash my hair, but I can't wash it just yet because I have a PT session shortly. So instead I have to deal with the insane itchiness of dirty hair for the meantime. Cannot wait to wash my hair this afternoon!
