@tuxcat I'm still here! Just Mia for a bit. But I made it back on time to be a cheerleader for you @Blossom74 and @Tahli and of course the other ladies I'll get to know who have joined since I was away!
@Charlie74 I hate the tww I have everything crossed for you.
@Blossom74 I am so friggin excited for you, I've missed your baking pics too!
@Tahli in deference to the lovely ladies who are having a tough time I won't go into it too much but dd has been unwell, dr's have been having a go at me, neighbours have been ****s and dh and I nearly split.

I was finding life incredibly hard with no family or close friends to talk to. I am in a better place now though. It just goes to show how valuable having a place to vent is, I was pretty low for a while.

In terms of the new thread, I actually found reading of other people who were struggling at the same time helped me. Too often we put on a brave face when inside we are hurting. Hearing that others were struggling too often helped me talk about how I was feeling.

In regards to crinone vs pessaries - crinone is usually 200mg progesterone whereas pessaries are usually 400mg and higher so you are getting a higher dose of progesterone.

And nice to see this thread is still as active as ever, you are all prolific posters!

@Charlie74 you just go to level 7 at Richmond between 7 and 10am. Just go to where you get the bloods done and give them your name. They start calling with the results after 12. I really hope you are a first transfer success.

Edited to say it takes about 5 hours (they courier the bloods to Clayton) so if you go at 10, you will be waiting till after 3.

Kingswood pharmacy in Sydney will compound them and post them out to you.

Cool, thanks for that @Chiefsgirl! So really, I should compare the cost of 2 boxes of crinone against a packet of pessaries, because I would be using double the amount of them to equal one high dose pessary. *Technically, I suppose I could get away with just using extra Crinone each day rather than having the pessaries made up and shipped? At the end of the day I will do whatever I am told, but I just wanted to ask the question

I'm sorry you've been having a rough trot hon. That is a whole lot to have to deal with all at once. I hope things look up for you soon

thanks! @Chiefsgirl and so sorry to hear things have been so tough and to not have close family nearby is hard. The worry never ends does it. I really hope things improve even further and you can put that stuff behind you. Exciting about planning your next Hawaii trip!! Thats the one downside of doing local DE..no lovely holiday to go with it. We'd need to win lotto to get us one after this is done with!!

How are you going @calypso75? Always lovely to see you pop in every now and then x

@Caesardust they can take ages to give you a final freeze report...I got one on the day I flew home. Give them a ring or send an email asking for an update if it's stressing you out. CFC are great but their office work/accounts/paperwork etc are slow.

@Blossom74 it will depend on what your fs wants you to be on. My fs only ever had me on 2x crinone a day. Dr m my immune dr had me on 2x400 mg pessaries.

But yep you can do double crinone to get to the higher dose pessary but yuck messy

@Blossom74 you might want to double check the dosages because my pessaries are 100mg and you need to use 3 per day. The crinone is only 2 per day and is cheaper all round. Essentially the pessaries for me are $60 per week which aint good but I will of course suck it up if I have to. Although I will definetly check out the Kingswood pharmacy for options. Makes me wonder if different chemists charge differently for it - Endometrin isn't compounded tho so not sure if that makes a difference.

Oh dear. Well if you need advice on bad neighbours I'm your go to gal. I have had mediation with mine so there is now an agreement between us and lifes a lot better since it was made. Last year was hell with them basically been bullies and "calling us names" "unbearable noise on the fence line like grinding for four days straight" and ended in him , the big dumb homer Simpson husband zapping my dogs which is when I completely lost my ****e. I will put up with a lot but touch my dogs and it doesn't matter if you have an army of people around you. So the police suggested mediation we went, they acted all smart and arrogant but we got an agreement and they have stuck to it mind you he (homer) is still a pig and spits on our shed and stuff like that but compared to what they were doing last year it's a walk in the park.
I bet reading that above makes you feel better. ☺ I'm sure yours can't be as bad as mine. ☺
I'm sorry about your relationship issues too I'm glad your feeling better now ☺
