@BlondeinBrisvegas I'm sorry DD was in such pain on her birthday. Timing hey?! I hope she starts to get some relief soon. Teething is evil for little poppets. I don't understand why they're not just born with their teeth already through.

I'm doing another stim cycle this month, started Elonva just now as I drove to the pharmacy after work to pick up my meds. Have myself the shot in the car and felt like a bit of a sleepy druggy! I will do a freeze all again I think - or may bite the bullet and do PGS testing now (costs 2.5$ for up to 14 embies where I'm at. I only have five 1day old embies so far so by the time they get to testing may only have a couple... The rounds are only costing me about $600 plus travel to Sydney costs (from Byron area) hence why I'm doing back to back cycles.

I wanted to try Saizen this time but the pharmacy on gold coast / tweed can't get it in til Friday/maybe Monday which will be CD4 or CD7. Probably too late to try don't you think?

Also, we only take clexane and immune meds prior to transfer right? I've put all the immune stuff on hold while I'm doing the freeze alls so I'm a bit rusty.

I actually started the Prednisone CD 11 on the Cycle prior to my stim Cycle (as I did the AACEP Cycle) but in comparison to your Cycle, I would've started on CD 1 and kept going all the way through not stopping even after transfer until I either got a BFN or if I got a BFFP it was at 12 weeks.

The Clexane I started on CD 3 of my stim Cycle and kept on going stopping 2 days prior to EPU then starting up again the day after EPU and continuing same as above r.e BFN or BFFP.

The Saizen I started on CD 2 until day of Trigger.

@Tahli I'm only on the ethinyl estradiol from day 1 after I get the go ahead that my hormones are baseline, up the dosage after a few days (can't remember off the top of my head) and then start the progesterone after transfer or maybe just before..but basically the EE is estrogen isn't it? I've done it once before with a FET so I'm guessing it just plumps up the lining, it just replaces your normal hormones so they can manage your cycle. That sounds pretty vague! Sorry you've been stressing out, I might start stressing when it all starts I'm guessing!

I'm surviving on 4 hours sleep. When I did fall asleep I dreamt Faith, Hope and Love all implanted. Then I woke at midnight and have been awake since then stressing that yet again it'll be another unsuccessful cycle.
So I've ditched the Zen approach to the medication. Still a natural cycle but I'm going to do everything (I think) that Warren suggested for lining. I'm waiting on a call back from his nurse to clarify. I'm not sure what the following meds are for Feldene (anti-inflammatory, NK cells?), Ethinyl Estradiol, Provera. Can anyone help me? I don't want to go near Pred.
Im also going to ask if you can transfer a day 5 embryo at 6dpo?
Also I can't see how to practically do Pregnyl while travelling. Keeping it cool for over 24 hours worth of travel isn't overly practical. Maybe I could do one before boarding the flight? I'm meant to do one the day before transfer (at the airport), then the day after transfer (hotel in CT) and then 6 days later (back in Oz).
I'll be up on the Sunshine Coast when I'm due to be having scans and bloods plus Intralipids. If a Brissy girlfriend can take the day off work to look after DS I'll be able to have the 500mls of intralipids. If not I'll skip it.
    I'm praying for sleep tonight.

EE is for lining. Straight up oestrogen.

Provera is a form of progesterone I thought as I take it only in the 2 ww. I might be wrong though so don't quote me.

Feldene I don't know but I've taken it every Warren cycle.

Re the pregnyl Warren will give you a script to fill in SA I'd email them in SA and see if it's doable just for the one you need over there otherwise ask Warren's nurse what to do.
I carried mine in a cold pack mine was a 1 hr flight though very, very different.

    Congrats Skeeter and Casaredust. xoxo.

    Good luck Charlie74. xoxo ((hugs))

I'm following along at times but not really keeping up so sorry for no personals. Hugs and hello to all. ☺

you don't need pregnyl shots anyway just do a different kind of progesterone, unless you can just buy it over there instead of taking it with you? @Tahli

@Tahli 1 thing I do know is never skip the clexane as it goes hand in hand with the high amounts if Eostrogen we are put on. If your on higher estrogen amounts then the clexane amounts get increased.
Everything in wazzas mad med schedule has a reason and a place if you are following his plan please don't skip or replace meds. If you are going to do it ask his nurse first..she is really awesome. I'm not saying this to scare you just more so because I care. I know some of his meds are on there to assist and counter act your bodies reactions to them. I hope that makes sense?
The only time I've skipped any meds was when I became to sick and I always tell them straight away I did it. It's never a problem but I always like to run everything past them that I do xo

Thanks everyone! I am so happy, but also a little in disbelief. I will feel better after saturday's test to confirm rising levels, as a part of me still thinks it might not.

@winsor I reckon you would be just about right. If they double every 48 hours, and was 164 yesterday, it could've been as high at 240 today...

@ange1111 My FS always gets me to start clexane and pred on egg collection. I never thought it was early enough so I have been taking aspirin and curcurmin all throughout my cycles to help with blood thinning and inflammation. Maybe that's what worked this time? Maybe it was all the supps for egg quality...

@BlondeinBrisvegas Does the progesterone level indicate that? I didn't think my HCG was high enough for twins, but I checked out the betabase and it does fit the average. Oh well, guess I'll find out at some point...
@gorgeousgeorge I used a donor, so no dp...
    Oh I'm in the graduates!!!

@skeeter soz bout that, thats the second time ive done that to someone (beats head against the wall) youd think id be more aware of "non traditional" baby making methods. I always assume people have partners which is ignorant n insensitive, soz mate. (Boys r only good for sperm, opening jars and lifting heavy things anyway). Itd be good if you have a boy. Then he can open jars for you in about 15-18 years time :-)
