Yes..it's all to check for immune issues plus they're telling what vials to use to collect the specimens in (for eg 2x light blue, 1x edta).

Lupus anticoagulant are to check for antibodies to phospholipids which will prevent blood clotting in a test tube, Protein C to checks for a clotting disorder, ANA Ab is Antinuclear antibodies and checks if someone has an autoimmune disorder such as rhumatoid arthritis or Lupus, TSH is Thyroid stimulating hormone with FT4 which is Free thyroxine (but only wants that checked if your TSH is abnormal).

Cardiolipin Abs IgG+IgM are another kind of anitbody that are often high in people with abnormal blood clotting, immune diseases like Lupus or have repeated miscarraiges. Factor V Leiden genotype is an inherited disorder of blood clotting caused by a specific gene mutation.

@BlondeinBrisvegas thank you for explaining all that. I have pathology reports with all those things on them but noone ever explained what they meant. At the top of my reports it says "no action required", so would you say this means whatever they tested for things were ok/normal?

I know what you mean @Billie2, I remember my first appointment at my FS and a woman walked in and was on a first name basis with all the staff. I remember thinking geez I hope I'm never here so much that that will be me!
    It's me!

I find out today or tomorrow how many they've frozen. I crossing fingers for the max which would be five but 3 would make me happy too. If these two on board stick I wouldn't need any frozen but I don't want to count myself that lucky just yet. I haven't had a good track record on implantation.
