Default period pain 10 days out from AF

    Hi Ladies

I woke up Sunday morning with dull ache in abdomen and left side. I am still 7 days away from AF and do not usually experience cramping until night before due.

I have read this type of cramping can be from implantation, with a 29 day cycle i finished OV last Wednesday. Could this be an early sign of pregnancy.

I have an appointment with doctor today regarding blood tests. I will speak to her about this and see what she says, but would be great if any one could shed light on this situation.

    Cheers

Do you know if you actually O on Wednesday? I usually get cramping pains around ovulation so it could be that. I would think it was to early to be implantation pain if it started at day 3 but I could be wrong.

It could be implantation pain, it feels a lot like period pain. With my last pregnancy I had it from 5DPO onwards and so thought I was getting AF but did a HPT anyway and BFP! Crossing fingers it's the same for you

BabyG4, not sure i am not actually monitoring my ovulation, as doctor said yesterday it could had been ovulation meaning i may ovulate later in cycle than normal. If AF turns up next Tuesday i think i will start monitoring my ovulation pattern, particularly if it is later.

Thanks for the info babybump08 fingers crossed hoping it was implantation we shall see on Tuesday
