Surely if you knew you were going on the show you would research builders and trades to contact, Google the crap out of current trends, find out what the judges like (Eg Shayna loves storage), what is the Pantone colour of the year, what colours go with it, what your style will be, what order you need your trades to come in and what each trade does.
Exactly! You could do lots of research and pre planning and save yourself lots of hassles. Caro was good with her budget last year by being strict with the $$. You have to be!

I'm already annoyed by Keith. I'm sick of this fake drama. "It's over for them now". No it's not. It's fine. Shuddup Keith

I am NOT a fan of Dan at all! What a tool! Pulling his I'm a man and I'm older and I'm going to whip these whippersnappers into line attitude! I really had hoped he wouldn't be like that, but he has shown his tricolours already!

He goes on about being a team player and he couldn't have been further than a team player.

And Alex (?) the guy he was arguing with, was well within his right to be annoyed. Plus it's a competition. It's not one big exercise in team work between 5-6 different teams. Sure, it's great when they can work well together so everyone can achieve what they want, but when you muck someone else around to the point they're at a disadvantage, then you just have to suck it up and quit whinging. It sounds like they gave them reasonable notice of their midday deadline to do their plumbing work, yet when it comes down to the last minute, old mate is the one who is cracking it about poor him.

What are everyone's thoughts about the bathrooms!?

I absolutely LOVE Art Deco style but the old couple's bathroom was hideous!

I thought the boys bathroom was hilarious with their styling!

I did like the girls bathroom however it still lacked something, I'm not sure what though.

I think the first couples bathroom should have won. The girls bathroom seemed to have no warmth or character to it.
The older couple, their bathroom was horrible.

I wish they would get some new judges!
I didnt watch last week, i would like to see more of the reno side of things and less of the made up drama
