    Hi Team,

so my cycle has been cancelled, my lining had dropped to below 4mm and I just didn't feel comfortable proceeding if things weren't right. My hormone levels ended up doing what they were meant to, but I still have 2 large follicles after trigger injection. I honestly don't think I have ovulated as I normally get symptoms but haven't this month.

So I need to have another trigger injection tomorrow morning. I need to keep up my vitamin E and I will start viagra also to try and boost the lining.

I have lost about 5kg this month which I think could have also impacted this cycle (I am not overweight - 60kg down to 55kg). Hopefully it all just sorts itself out.

great to see so much good news flying around, keep up the great work ladies.

Thanks so much ladies for your well wishes and comments. I am soo bloody tired today OMG. I have been trying to remain positive and looking online at creative ways to tell parents..

My mum and dad know we did IVF again so they will be suspecting, however I told mum the blood test is next week.. I bought them a onsie that says "I love my Grandma" and a mug that says "I love my grandad" in the hope I could give them to them one day. If all is well with BT we will give them to mum and dad on Sat.

My husbands parents have no idea we did IVF again, we told the whole family 3 years ago that we wouldn't do IVF again and my husbands uncle just died so they need some positive news in the family. I think we will just put a digital test in a box and tell them we got them a small gift, I cannot wait to see their reaction!

We probably won't tell brothers and sisters etc until 8 weeks, hubby wants to wait until 12 but lets see how that goes, I am terrible with secrets ha. Have a nice evening everyone.

I would continue to get that checked because on one day it was 2.5 and two days later it dropped to 0.5!!!

Gonal f is known to drop LH and you will need luveris to bring them within range. Even when I was on 0.5 during FET my LH stayed at 1.0 for days and days..

E2 is showing about 2 maturing follicles and a few smaller ones.

Hmm.. I'm not sure babe.. I feel like Gonal f may not be the right one for her..

I'm a poor responder and was on 300 Gonal f then 450 Gonal f for a total of 10 days and I had 8 follicles, but only got 2 eggs. Which IVF clinic are you with?

I'm not an FS so I could be wrong..
My LH levels were always around that mark.. Didn't ever need luveris

I'm with IVF Australia... They aren't increasing her gonal-f so they must be happy with how she is going (and they said she is on track)

Is Sydney IVF and IVF Australia the same? I heard they all merged and became one.. Then I heard they got bought out by genea but I am probably wrong.. Not sure where I read that

    No IVFA is not Genea....

    Default IVF/FET July-August 2016 #2

@PING383 yeah with our chemical (back in 2012 which was our first IVF) the blood test on 17dpo showed hcg 126 and progesterone 11. They said it's not looking good and I had stopped my crinone on 13dpo days before.. By the time I started asking about progesterone support it was too late and despite my HCG increasing perfectly my progesterone dropped and at 20dpo I started bleeding..

I am convinced that the pregnancy was viable even though my FS at the time disagreed and said the failing progesterone was an indication of the imminent miscarriage.

Last time we told all of our family and friends before the blood test cause we were so excited and it was hard having to then tell them all about the miscarriage.

Yeah they do say 3 months/12 weeks is the norm.

@julianicholson sorry to hear it's been cancelled but best to wait until your body is cooperating. Hope next month is your month!
@nattie84 sounds like a perfect way to tell everyone.

Hi everyone. I'm day8 of synarel today and got AF on Monday. I had a BT on yesterday and my nurse rang to say I will start Puregon 250u on Sunday (day 12 synarel and 7 after AF). Im not having a scan and bloods until 8 days of Puregon - this seems too late, has anyone else waited this long? I was a poor responder last cycle (different protocol), so I'm wondering if this is why I'm waiting so long to have a scan. This is an unfamiliar protocol to me so I'm a bit confused.

If it's the same protocol im thinking of, then a delayed start is supposed to be very good for poor responders! It helps follies grow together rather than being scattered! Can you pm your location? I've been looking for a clinic that does this protocol. Please let me know how you go!! Fingers crossed it gives you an excellent egg haul!!!!

Thanks for that info! No estrogen, I'll pm now.

I always have my first blood test on Day 8 of my cycle (Day 7 of jabs) and often ultrasound not until Day 10. I would think Day 8 for both should be fine.

This is why you should never test at home after an IVF cycle, you go crazy ha. I forgot to test with FMU this morning so here is a pic of today's compared with yesterday and then compared with our chemical where you can barely see the line. I would like to see today's slightly darker but since I didn't use FMU I am ok with it for now...
