Results are in from my donors blood test:

    E2 - 342
    ULH - 1.9

My FS called me today to tell me he's increased her dosage to 300 and she'll start the orgalutran tonight as well with bloods and a scan on Wednesday.. I'm predicting the 29th for collection...

He said her AMH is great (43) so she she should have a good spike once the levels pick up

Had some dramas with one of the ***** nurses today.. Turned my donor into a pin cushion and just acted liked an all round ***** and wasn't helpful when we were asking something (basically I wanted a note put on the file that if collection was 26th could we get as early as possible because DH needs to be at work straight after).. She basically told us we would have to wait until we knew what was available on the day we get...

Well I put in a complaint with our donor team who were amazing. Within half an hour of sending the email I got a phone call from the 2IC in the donor team who appreciates the feedback and would flag it up..

Got a call this afternoon from the NUM at Westmead who was amazing and helpful and said it would be addressed and said that DH can get there for 7am when they open (if it ends up being the 26th) and they'll just keep the sperm at the right temperature.. I basically told them in the complaint that with the money and emotional stress this journey takes I would expect better compassion and understanding...

Ive had an issue with her last year but just put it down to a bad day.. Clearly not

    Hope everyone is well?

Okay so here is my update, all of my hormone levels are rising nicely but my lining is still around 5mm. We have decided to do the trigger tomorrow and then have another scan on wednesday to see if the lining has improved. If the lining has improved wednesday we will do transfer thursday.

So I have upped my vitamin E, and I have had acupuncture tonight with the addition of chinese herbs to try and boost lining and I am sitting here sipping on my raspberry leaf tea haha.

@jeb8303 - Great news that things have started hun and all looks good. Sorry to hearabout your dramas with the nurse but good on you for following it through.
@julianicholson - Sorry to hear your lining is still at 5mm hun and you don't know where you stand. Just so you are aware though a lot of fs won't do scans after trigger/ovulation as when progesterone enters your system it will change the lining and it could even start to compact which is what happens in preparation for the embryo settling in. Really hoping things become clear for you though and you get a transfer good luck hun x
