    DS once scored a free ride. Someone must have forgotten they put in $3 for 2 rides but only used 1. DS pressed the go button and scored! Now he thinks he's going to get lucky every time!!

    I crave coca cola when I have a cold, something about it feels so good on my sore throat.

    I very rarely give coke to my kids unless we go to dinner, but they know what it is and saw/asked for some in the fridge. I lie and tell them there is medicine in it.

    So many! But I have a wiley 2.5yo...

    We've run out of;
    I can't find;
    It's not working;
    Etc, etc

    All to do with things like glitter, stickers, glue, kiddie scissors, bubble solution etc.

    We only eat junk food when DD isn't around OP, so don't feel bad. Just a bigger you got sprung!

    I've told them a few over the years but always come clean after a little while. When my girls were little, I told them that wearing socks and sandals was illegal lol. I had to tell them the truth when we were out one day and they saw a man wearing that combo. They said, mum the police will get that man.

    My son was well over 3 before he stopped being terrified of them. Once we had a lady walk over and put the money in and press start on him (I was buying bread at the bakers delight, I was about 1.5 m away, but happened to be looking at the person at that time) I turned around to check on him just as she went to press start, I called out "stop!" But I was too late and it started up. Poor woman felt terrible when he started screaming and crying and almost fell off, trying to get away

    I tell lies about the time too, her bedtime is 8pm but on weekends when dinner, bath / shower and stories are over much earlier, like 6:30, we tell her it's 8 o'clock and off she goes to bed

    Also "what are you eating mummy" the response is always "broccoli". She must think I'm so healthy
