    What did they advise you. We picked up our watch from our sleep clinic 2 days ago. It'll be interesting with the results next week when we go up to the uni

    So angry... Had house viewing today (we are selling) and afterward came in to find muddy footprints ALL over our new carpets

    😡

    I don't get it, even if you are that rude- we have a welcome mat you can wipe your feet on, concrete paths leading to our front door, my kids couldn't even manage it & this was just one adult couple that left mud prints like they'd stepped over garden beds on the way in wtf!

    complain to the agent. what a numpty for not being more militant in making people wipe their shoes!! or can you ask that they get people to take their shoes off? I've been to house inspections and we've been asked to take our shoes off and I didn't think anything of it.

    Oh I'd be furious too. It's difficult enough preparing your house to view, never mind having to get the carpets cleaned. Sorry x

    @babybeeno1 @BB77
    The women at these schools are wonderful, very calming, I only did a day one rather than an overnight. Firstly they confirmed the steps I was halfway to getting it with routine etc (thanks to @VicPark for that) but it was the practice of resettling with someone not emotionally involved, keeping you out when your not needed and in when you are, very reassuring. I pretty much knew all the theory stuff from my own research but the practice with the nurses who do this successfully day in day out was awesome. It's worth it, they are so lovely and understanding of your sleep deprivation .

    wondering how my 'baby' is almost 2 already!!? Not that I'm complaining, happy to leave all of these stages behind me especially knowing I won't EVER have to go through them again!

    I am trying to watch some paralympics (sleep is precious so most of it is recaps). I am always amazed how strong the athletes are.

    There is also discussions of bullying and so many were bullied for having a disability during school etc. So strong.

    I am sitting down and eating for the first time today. I have made vanilla and peanut butter cookies, and a chicken pie from scratch (with stacks of hidden veg). His highness won't even try it. Jerk.
