Actually the definition of sleeping though the night is 5 hours! So really it could have been a lot worse and a 1 am wake up

Mind you what numpty decided 5 hours was STTN I have no idea even if 5 hours solid right now would make me personally very happy

    Default I am.....#18

I'm over the whiny baby. And yapping child. And bloody kids cartoons blaring away that nobody is paying attention to but god forbid I switch the channel or turn it off. This house is full of noise from 5am.
It's just too noisy. I want quiet. And to read my newspaper.

@BB77 yep 8 to 5, DS is 2 months old today. He was shocking at the start, every 2 hrs day and night. He gets a boob bottle at 730 now and since I've been doing that he sleep much better over night between 7 to 9 hours. We didn't get home til 1030 last night so I'm extra tired. Mind you it's 7am and I'm feeding again already

@babybeeno1 you mean expressed milk? Is it because you know how much he's getting? I reckon we'll be on our way to sleep school soon!

My DS was just the same. 430/5 am every single day. He did eventually learn to sleep later, gradually as he got older. Those days were the hard yards though. It's a killer!
