Having known her my whole life I know she's not a bad person. I think they do it so they don't hurt us but by doing it they actually hurt us more because it makes well it makes me feel like they think I'm an idiot or something. I'm actually hoping beyond hope that by the time I see her again I have a baby that I haven't told her about so it's not a big deal, we can just both be like oh by the way ....

I'm sorry I'm not more specific - I found catching up was overwhelming (emotionally). I fell apart recently when my DH and I caught up with his bro and SIL and they causally said they decided to have a baby to keep their 6yo company! She's 46 - just like that got pregnant - didn't tell the family and is now due to give birth (CSec) on our wedding anniversary on Tue! Yup - no one knew (and we've all seen her at least once over the last 4 months - they live a bit far away). She doesn't really show (wears flowing clothes) and doesn't walk differently or anything. Basically everything is perfect about her situation I felt so selfish being upset about all that! but boy did I cry on the way home (poor DH didn't know what to do!)...

    Oh Luv!!!.....

And how frucking rude on your wedding anniversary too!!!!

Im scared of getting one embryo or something. Its such a huge amount of money we are spending so the gamble feels very real. In some ways though, because our donor has never cycled before and we have never done this before I feel a bit more comfortable about being in the dark about it. Where my usual cycles would be me thinking its wasn't going to work and dreading the first follicle scan I really have absolutely no idea what will happen with this new cycle. She's young, she's fit and healthy and she's had 2 kids very easily and DH has never been the problem as far as the experts are concerned so thats a few steps above our previous history.

its a gamble but lots of ladies get BFPs eventually even if not first go. Please let that be us
My worst fear is another BO. I said to DH the other day. I want a BFP or a BFN none of that in between crap. None of that limbo land BS.
Not that I want a BFN either but if I had to pick between BO or BFN I do have a preference. The BO last year frucked my lining up too

Thanks for your message mate xox im trying so hard to just put my trust in dr.n, trying to think of him as the overseas-wazza and believe that he knows what he's doing. Also trying to remain positive about the 'fact' that so far, the only problem seems to be my eggs. I just so dont want the donor egg thing ending up being another diagnostic process iykwim. Like i had to do 6 transfers to find out my eggs r crap. I dont want the donor thing to end up being a process that leads to finding out i have multiple miscarriage probs etc...
Ive tried to sift through all my medical records n blood tests etc...to see what ive been tested for etc...
Im also trying to just pretend im going on a holiday, lol, but its sooo hard to lie to yourself. I so hope we end up both amazed that it worked first go. xox

Thanks ladies unfort in nz the tenants can refuse photos of their personal belongings they are on fixed lease until early november so unless we gave them 42 days notice to terminate the tenancy. What irks me is our property manager advised them they didnt have to agree to photos urrghhhh!! Stupid woman. They have so much clutter in the house i want the house to sell quickly so they eill have to get organised. The agent reckons thr external shots will sell the house hopefully.

Im not sure if thats the kind of cycle @LillyM has just done? Ive seen AG but didn't go into that stuff, she's super fast talking and not as personable as the other Drs Ive seen. I did see Louise Fay (lovely lady) at IVFA and she was open to trying different cycles, I don't from memory remember discussing that one but I did Elonva which was a different approach. You could try her? I think its probably not so much that FS haven't heard of it but more that they have their reasons for not doing them. My prev FS had some reason for not recommending it for me, cant remember what it was.
