I had two ducks called Harvey and Renee when I was 5.
True story I once stopped traffic on a busy double lane intersection on my way to work because a mumma duck was crossing the road with her little bubba's. I didn't want them to get run over.

@LillyM Im so sorry this is happening, its terrible, huge hugs. On one hand I always used to think you want to have something to transfer, you go through a whole cycle its a psychological thing that you want to have a transfer. However the more cycles Ive done the less Ive thought that way, my last one I only the one egg but even though the clinic would have previously put it in at day 3 they had changed things to always do day 5 transfers. I think it entirely depends on whether you have that niggle of "what if its better in you than the dish". So if you do then perhaps you do the day 3 and if not then I would push it out as you planned and try your luck. Im of the opinion that I would rather not have to string out a bad outcome for an extra 10 days or so if its not going to work so I get your partners perspective.

In all honesty I think its become much more common amongst clinics to do day 5 transfers, the data is obviously there that they are the more realistic chance of getting a bfp. don't know if that helps, only you can decide. Good luck xxx

Choc chip and will have white chocolate and cream cheese frosting. I also made chicken and pumpkin sausage rolls.
Going to my first EDA meet up tomorrow, trying to make a good impression!

Big hugs to those who need it today, I've said it before and I'll say it again............
    The universe is FRUCKED!

My two cents for what is worth re transferring in day 3 or day 5, my FS is dead against day 3 transfers, calls it bullsh1t science.
With my first DE cycle I had 2 embryos on day 3 then none on day 4. (Xmas day I'm sure some of you will remember) I actually regret not transferring on day 3. Sensible me knows that it still would of been a bfn, but clutching at straws me says "well you'll never know now will you"
I know it wouldn't of hurt any less but at least IVF wouldn't of ruined Xmas!
