    @Charlie74 im glad you got the pregynl sorted. Ive always done it in tummy as trigger. Its a pain to mix up like menupor.

    Morning ladies!
    @Caesardust BFFP airlines is nearly taking off!! Im so excited for you

    @Tahli glad to hear you are getting better every day, hope that freezer of yours is well and truly stocked up

    @Charlie74 I questioned the trigger thing too as I think ovidrel also says intramuscular but Ive always done both in the tummy too, nobody ever told me otherwise. I don't know why they don't just use ovidrel instead of pregnyl, its much easier as the pregnyl having to mix 2 powders and 1 saline can be way too complicated. Anywho..glad you got it all cleared up. Funny about you two nurses questioning the needles..the rest of us are blissfully (or not so blissfully) unaware!

    @Maxwellsmum you sound GREAT

    Sending lots of luck to Grace, Ange and Skeeter for amazing fertilisation results this morning! I have major epu envy with all of those numbers!

    I have the choice of going in to my donors epu and am trying to decide what to do. I never thought I would but now wondering if its the right thing to do..thoughts?? She's happy with anything I decide

    Do you want to go in for it?
    I'm not sure TBH what I'd do. I'm just picturing the EPU waiting rooms and myself and eating those biscuits and sandwich packs.
    You could pop in and give her some decent food I know the first thing my mum does is get me something to eat that I like ☺

    @Maxwellsmum I guess not really but I don't know if that looks bad form after everything she is doing for me. I would be totally happy to go in as her support person if she wanted someone with her (her hubby gets too queasy) but she's saying its up to me. She's also happy for me to decide on the day so maybe thats the answer. Ive never been in to one fully sober!!

    You're a sweetheart! Unfortunately only two fertilised ugh...we had three mature eggs last time and all three fertilised. Was on Puregon this time which I've never had before - maybe it wasnt good for my egg quality? Not sure what to change in protocol, thinking maybe back to GonalF? Or ask to try Seizen and perhaps Synerel to start?? Open to any tips xx

    There's your answer then I'd leave it til the day but if you don't feel entirely comfortable then make up an excuse.
    I don't think it looks bad like you said if you had a role ie support person then yes. They just rang me and gave me my eggie numbers but I was 5 hour flight away. Our donors had support people with them the whole time they were here in Australia.

    I only got 6 but looks like 4 mature - fingers crossed they all fertilise. I got 3 last time and my max is 9 so I'm ok with this results. Of course I'd love more though and will try another protocol next time so if you have any more ideas I'm all ears!
    Hi @ange1111, 6 is great and I was honestly expecting around the same as that's what I've previously got, but did a different protocol this time which I was really nervous about. My first 2 cycles were antagonist and I got 6 eggs/5 mature/3fert, then 6 eggs/4mature/2 fert respectively. This cycle was a Boost/synarel protocol ( also called a flare protocol).Definitely boosted the numbers but will find out today how many were mature and fert rates etc will let you know..

    I only get around 50%fert rate so needed to get higher egg numbers to begin with. Also I've never had any to freeze so have to stim each time.

    hopefully we'll both get a bfp this time and won't need to worry about trying another protocol/cycle. !!!
