    @Charlie74 you asked me about valium and brandy too I took 3 x 5mg valium about 30 mins prior to ET. Then 1 more at the airport. Wazza said to take another that night but I was so tired I didn't take it.
    You should probably take 2 to begin with though (thats his standard dose) I have had valium before so I'm familiar with what I respond too some women get woozy with 1. I felt pretty good after 3.
    He says to have a shot of brandy after transfer. Pretty much immediately. I had one at the airport restaurant. Just a brandy with ice in it.

    @Charlie74 That's what I have too...2 x Valium and 2 x Panadeine Forte. I also had an excruciating scratch and semi/painful flush. On the first transfer they really had an effect but once I stated doing to back to back transfers they had less effect. As you already know, pain during transfer = less successful outcomes, so take what you need to hun, esp if you have DP there to help you get home.

    Thanks for asking after me @Maxwellsmum. Slow and steady. It's going to be a much longer recovery than first anticipated. I can't imagine driving this week either. Only 2 Endone left!!
    Ta for the meds tip the other day @Charlie74. I've been putting 2 x Panadol with 1 x Endone every six hours now. Horrible nightmares on Endone though.
    Hello to all the girls (at 3am!) .

    Thanks @Maxwellsmum for the advice about transfer. I don't have painful transfers but I'm going to try it this time.

    So glad crisis averted @Charlie74. That pregnyl sent me into a panic too. Why is it so complicated?!?

    Ladies I'm exhausted. I feel like I've lost all scraps of energy right at the final lap. Zzzz. Time to go to work.

    @Charlie74 I agree with @Tahli. Take 2xPanadeine Forte and 2xValium

    I usually have 2xValium and a shot of Pethadine for my transfers with Wazza becuause they're so excrutiating for me, so 2xPanadeine Forte isn't going to be too strong compared to that!!!!
