    Default Water Bills

Just curious, what is your average 90 day usage and fee?

Ours just came in and I am pretty happy with it.

Expect it to double over summer, and will put some tax aside for it- we actually use more in winter to keep warm but with a 9-12 month old this year will involve water play, plus assuming we get custody.

So it will be 2 adults, 3 kids.

First water bill ever and our first electricity shocked us silly.

Ours are only 3 times a year, so 12 weeks. 2 of them we average 50-80 depending on how much rain we get so how much or little we need to water the lawns. Summer is our big one as we have one of those big Intex pools, that has never been above $150.

    Default Water Bills

If you're including the sewerage costs the total is around $250.

The water consumption alone is usually around $90-$105. That's with a rain water tank but we haven't had all that much rain, really.

I think we averaged 352L per day on the last bill.

That's for two adults and one child (12).

I'm in country Vic, up near the NSW border.

We don't pay the service charge as we rent, but our water consumption in Summer was $220. That was mostly due to the fact that we watered our extensive lawns and vegie patch three times a week for a couple of hours at a time, with multiple (3) sprinklers going at once.

In Winter it was $120, which we paid last week. We don't water as often then, for obvious reasons
