Had a faint positive on a FRER at 9 & 10dpo, which I posted earlier in th is thread. Tested with about 5 of those over that time and was frustrated they weren't getting darker so ordered some internet cheapies and just tested today. I'm about 5w now..

Can you try and look over some of the posts with the ladies in here who have irregular cycles and do temps, symptom spotting and OPKs?
Those things might be able to help you find out when you are ovulating x

Yes what @crunchymumma said, I would start temping, doing opk's and watching for symptoms @maeelificent may help conceive a bit easier, especially with an irregular period. In saying that, there's no harm in testing. I have absolutely no symptoms right now and I got my BFP yesterday.

A little update... I'm now 5 days late for AF and I've tested but BFN

I had very light pink spotting on Tuesday/Wednesday (a couple of spot on toilet paper) This is doing my head in and I keep imagining symptoms.

Could you take a blood test on Monday to know for sure?
