    Default Weight loss after baby

    I was quite big when dd3 was concieved and she is now just over 5 months old and I really need to lose about 30kg to get to a healthy weight goal. I haven't always been fat but I've always had to watch my weight. I've lost weight successfully before but just can't get into the right mindset.

    Would any bubhubbers have any weightloss stories they'd care to share.

    I'm currently 95 kg and want to get to 65ish.

    After my DS2 (9 months now), I was 90Kgs. I breastfeed, so lost weight automatically with time and eating proper diet. But recently, about a month ago, I decided to take the extra weight head-on! (76Kgs)
    Since then, I eat very less, go to bed early, rise up early, walk along with DS1 and DS2, raw vegetables, fruits.. and improved a lot, just checked, I'm 64.5 Kgs now.
    I want to go around 60, so will continue for next couple of weeks as well.

    Default Weight loss after baby

    Join the Healthy Mummy page on FB, some really inspiring before & afters on there

    I'm pregnant with #3 (only 5 weeks) and need to loose weight so the plan is to really watch what I eat this pregnancy & hopefully put on no weight... so far so good (but I can say that now!! Lol)
