@Billie2 - Oh hun I am so upset on your behalf how can things be so unclear for you like this you have been left in limbo yet again. You have every right to feel upset, angry and lost.

If a sac was seen last Saturday was there any comment on its shape was it well formed at that stage. I know when I had my blighted ovum last year Warren finally located a sac in my uterus which was well formed in shape but had no fetal pole or heartbeat. He diagnosed a BO and sent me for a scan locally over Christmas whilst he was away. It was then that the sac was irregular in shape and it was presumed it had started to break away.

The increased vascular flow is of some concern hun especially with your history you need answers especially with your concerns of hemorrhage even if it's just for your your reasurrance. Your fs sounds useless.

Hope your BT gives you some answers tomorrow.

Thinking of you tonight hun unfortunately no words can make this better xx

    Default IVF over 40#36

@midnite01 I have had no pain and because my sac was seen exactly where its supposed to be, up high in the uterus, its so confusing.

Im ok, Ive calmed myself. (I live in the Shire for those in Sydney, near Cronulla for those not familiar). I just ate nuggets, fishfingers & chips with DS8 and will have a cup of tea and icecream/custard/milo and watch the Bachelor. DS8 keeps me grounded. He is my miracle.

Thank you so much for your support. It means so much as no one really knows what we are doing. This has hit DH more than me. I removed my feelings and cant cry about it. He is so upset. xx

    3. Increased vascular flow into endometrium. Apparently there is a big flow of blood that she put on speaker and I thought it was a heartbeat.

    FS says its looking eptopic.

Fck off it is, last saturday I saw the damn sac and I have the scan to prove it. But I was too scared to tell her.

There was a big blob of gas covering the left side of my uterus blocking the view. She pushed & prodded and was happy nothing was behind it.

So I just had my 63rd BT for this cycle. If it rises, Im up for another scan. If it decreases, Im off to be referred to a hospital for a laparoscopy. Apparently the vascular flow is a concern.

If anyone knows what the fck is going on, please ring & explain it to my FS.
@Billie2 - I feel angry and frustrated on your behalf. This is bizarre, the sac was there a few days ago and now it's not? I don't know what to say. This is a nightmare for you. Can you go somewhere else for a second opinion scan?

    @Billie2 WTF Luv???😕

Your sac was seen in the correct place with a yolk sac inside it so that puts any idea of an ectopic right off the table as it does the question of a pseudogestatoonal sac that @Blossom74 was talking about for the same reasons.

The fact your HCG is rising shows the pregnancy is progressing & even if for arguments sake it suddenly stopped on Monday after your last lot of bloods..there's no way it would break down & be reabsorbed by your body in 3 days so as to disappear without a trace FFS's!!!😐

I'm wondering if it's possible to get another scan from the "competents" who did it for you last Sat for peace of mind if needs be???

Until all this confusion is sorted out for you, as the other Girls have said...if anything at all doesn't feel right to you for any reason..get your a r s e to ED just to be on the safe side ok?? They'll do a scan there for you tooxoxo

P.S ....I'm wondering if the increased vascular flow might be indicative of an ectopic or some other kind of abnormal pregnancy (molar etc)???

Then again increased vascular flow is to be expected to a certain extent when you are pregnant so I don't know what the fruck the point was she was trying to make????

I hope they can check it's all clear inside also as I had to have a follow up scan to check that later too
@tuxcat enjoy your anniversary city-break! sounds great and I'm glad Sydney turned on the good weather for you.
@LillyM your follies sound great. keep growing little eggs. good luck for EPU
@winsor Yeah, it'd be good if its gone. Yes, I had one surgeon, he removed the baby and then he cleaned up the appendix mess under instruction from another surgeon. They didn't want to go in and remove it as the organ and intestine tissue can tear easily after its been infected. So they wanted to wait until its healed to see what is left and what to do about it. How long was your recovery?

Ok...here's an interesting link to a site that talks about all the different types of normal/abnormal pregnancies seen via ultrasound/Dildo Cam.
@Billie2 Yours doesn't fit the bill for any of the abnormal one's IMO Luv

I don't think I'm even close to the end of the thread but @Billie2 I've had an ectopic and had slow hcg, spotting, late BFP, and then no sac no sign of intrauterine pregnancy. I've only seen your initial post am offline in a minute but don't think it sounds like ectopic. Tell the dr you had a scan so they know. Fruck what she thinks this is your health. Big big hugs I'm sorry this is happening xxxxx
