If I manage to get 5 mature, well I reckon it's a decent number for the poor responder that I am. So hoping just for that

@Bib I was meant to ask you a question if you don't mind: I'm taking the supplements you've kindly mentioned previously. You said to take them until EPU... then what? Nothing at all till BFP/BFN? Or some of them you keep doing them like Coq10 and 10mg aspirin for ex?
@Billie2 almost scan time for you... they were a bit behind this morning (20-30min), hope they catch up by 3.30pm... X

5 follies on the go is great Luv!!!!

They're all pretty even in growth so you've got a fantastic chance at capturing them all at EPU I reckon

As for the supplements: You can stop taking the Vit E (it's for your lining), Co-Enzyme Q10, DHEA/Melatonin/Royal Jelly if you're taking any of those (all of them are for egg quality) from EPU until the end of the 2WT when you know what the go is.

All the rest you can keep taking including the aspirin (that's to increase blood flow in the body/ovaries/uterus which can help to make sure your lining is getting a good blood flow to it as well which is important).

My problem is I'm a poor responder due to my age. They apparently tested for killer cells via blood test, but couldn't find anything..

I'll have a look at Alison Gee as well and I'll send you a private message. Thanks again

@pingc383 They need to test for Killer Cells via an Endometrial Biopsy to see if there's any in your oven Luv as the blood test results won't tell them that. The frucking morons would know that too FFS's!!!!

Dr Gamal Matthias is a Reproductive Immunologist in Sydney that most of the Lovelies here on BH go to for a consult either face to face or on the ph when they want to find out if they have any Immune Issues or they know they do have Immune Issues and want them to be treated especially when they have FS that won't treat them because they either have no idea how to or they "don't believe in it"

good luck with your scan @Bongley. I hope they did remove your appendix already. they usually do if there's any risk. the only reason I could suggest they didn't is maybe the surgeon wasn't available at the time? or different surgeons do C-sect to appendectomy? not sure. mine hadn't burst but had the infected gunk oozing out like it sounds like yours did. I hope they can check it's all clear inside also as I had to have a follow up scan to check that later too
@tuxcat enjoy your anniversary city-break! sounds great and I'm glad Sydney turned on the good weather for you.
@LillyM your follies sound great. keep growing little eggs. good luck for EPU

@pingc383 the pregnyl is a progesterone exactly what tuxcat said so that's good. I was a bit worried for a moment when you said you had none but the pregnyl boosters are good.
Actually that does remind me, my aus. FS did actually ring me personally once, after my 4th failed cycle. He was at home making soup. He's also helped me for free with all the DE scripts and i can still ring the nurses about scripts n blood tests stuff n they all still help me, even though I'm not really a patient there. And he gave me a full refund for my second cycle coz he said, "That was crap. You're not paying for that." So, really, i shouldnt bag him out at all. I think, when stuff doesn't work, you want to be able to blame someone or give yourself hope that you just picked a bodgy one and if you find a better one it will 'fix' you. Totally NOT saying anyone else is doing this, just saying for me and my thought process, this is why i made my appointment with wazza initially but then decided not to bother.

@LillyM, congrats on the great follie count! I'm a poor responder and I never got that many in one hit! Fingers crossed they all hold a nice juicy eggie for you

Thanks ladies for your warm messages! Really really appreciate it...
@Maxwellsmum, just read your Dhea offer - how long are they valid for and how many of them? I'm meant to start again on 75mg a day if I get a BFN so I'm keen, but let's see first if someone else want them. I'm new to this forum so I reckon it'd be fair to go to someone who has been here longer than me

Thanks for the generous offer anyway xxx
