@winsor it's all happening for you now! Roll on October.
@Blossom74 I look forward to hearing all your 9 month posts.
@MissDa I am crossing my fingers for great donor for you. I have been so surprised about how quickly the girls seeking local donors have got theirs. We discussed this with our FS after failed cycle 5 and he said that the wait for a donor could be up to three years. Shows how much he knew! Actually he probably just wanted to get the money out of us for another cycle (which he did).

oww @Charlie74, I hope the headaches don't last the whole month

am thinking of trying PGD testing this time if the clinic does it. I can't recall how long that takes - ~4-6weeks? so I might not be PUPO in Oct. but fingers crossed we're getting closer each day. thanks for all your thoughts
@Caesardust maybe your FS was referring to the anonymous donor programs some clinics have? I understand they can have long wait lists into the years. we're so lucky that our donor contacted us. a real miracle!

Hey @Charlie74 not sure if I'm helping but I put nitrodur on just before I went to sleep. I was woken once or twice with a massive headache early on when I started wearing them. Apart from that. Seemed to adjust and I think wearing them at the last minute helped me avoid headaches. I also was on melatonin so that helped me pass out not long after putting one on.

@Blossom74 - Sounds like your doctor will be keeping a close eye on things with your inflammation which is good. Hope all works out for the best x
@Green lady - Thanks hun that makes sense about 5 day 6 day embies and the pgd testing.
@Charlie74 - sorry to hear about yoyr headaches with the Nitrodur patches I tend to get them when I start using them but then they ease. Warren told me to use mersyndol if they get too bad. Yes gotta love the pred positive side effects I no longer get arthritis in my wrists while on it.

So....BT's show that liver, kidneys, thyroid and basic bloods are all normal. Tested negative for lupus and rheumatoid arthritis, but my inflammatory markers which should be between 0 and 2 were 6.5 I said "Sounds about right - I feel inflamed...."

Doc doesn't want to do any further investigations yet because we're heading into IVF territory and possibly (hopefully) pregnancy territory, so prescribed some meds to help reduce the inflammation and said "See how you go with these for a month..."

If no better I'm off for further investigations (MRI, spinal tap) to rule out various possibilities. MS was one of them which he thinks is *highly* unlikely, or possibly fibromyalgia.

    Anywho....

    Hello old friend, Prednisolone....

Glad it's seemingly nothing too serious Luv

the Prednisone does the job of getting those inflammatory markers down to where they should be before you start your DE Cycle!!!

Are all the markers elevated??? (ESR/CRP/PV??) All that matters is getting those suckers under control asap!!!

So, i just got AF 5 days early. Wtf? My beautiful cycles (1 thing i do have going for me) have decided to go haywire 6 weeks before DE. Aaargh! Im trying not to freak out coz dr.n said the eostradol/progynova will keep my lining going ready for a transfer for up to 30 days after next AF, so it shouldnt matter but why, why, why oh why must they go askew now! To be honest im just like 1/3 lol, 1/3 meh and 1/3 sigh. They have always been 26-28 days like forever! Been lovely 28 days on the dot since last OE ivf in april. Im thinking Dr. N will let me know if its a prob and what to do about it, if it is. But seriously IVF, wtf? ;-)
