Without thinking she did a wipe check and there was blood. She was bleeding. She had no pain, no warning. Ok, its finally happened, her 3rd miscarriage was here and finally an answer. Halelujah! Billie2 was almost relieved to see blood. An answer.. Yes!

She emails the nurse and then pops to Woolworths to buy mega pads and panadol knowing what to expect. She tells her DH its over. He is more shattered than her. Billie2 has turned into a Tinman and has no heart. She continues to work cases and fake smile at work to colleagues.

After 3pm she gets "The Call" from the nurse to say "Its not over, your hcg is 2330 prog 136".

Mrs Billie2 Tinman tells the nurse she would rather it be over and is fed up. Mrs Billie2 Tinman is then booked in for a scan for next monday.

    Mrs Billie2 Tinman is tired.

We all know the ending to this story, I just wish it hurry up.

Well...we don't know the ending for sure Luv, but I can see that you're "FFU" for "Frucking Fed Up" with it all

Hoping Monday's scan will give a definite answer either way Luv

How are your levels stacking up from last weeks??

Progesterone is good....at a quick glance the levels look ok too???

    • Between 1,200 and 6,000 mIU/ml serum levels in early pregnancy, the hCG usually takes 72-96 hours to double.

@Billie2 how much are you bleeding? Do you feel in your gut it's over or are you completely unsure? I get your Tinman thing, that's me. I call it numbness. After so many hurdles it's hardly surprising and as @MissDa said its self presevation.

Congrats to @Heyside and @Arianasmum for being pupo! Hope the TWW flies by and you both see those elusive two lines

@Charlie74 yay!! It's felt like a long time coming huh! How exciting, before you know it you'll be staring at your BFFP too!

theres so much happening in here right now, I've got my nurses appointment on Wednesday over the phone so will find out the drill of my cycle. It's getting close, probably about one month away really. How'd that happen!!
@Tahli I just remembered at work I read your t.i.ts on a bull comment and I lol in the quiet workplace it really made me giggle and then I remembered @Tinachris post about her being a right cow and I laughed again you girls are funny

@LillyM - Definately don't feel your comments will not be of value hun we are all learning as we go along. Great that you have started injections and are getting started again. I know exactly how you feel entering your 5th cycle as that was the same for me this time with my 5th cycle also I even don't feel excited today after transfer just a relief to get there.
@Caesardust - Hope you can increase the lining just slightly hun to reach the 6.5mm, hopefully between now and then it starts to do its thing xx
@Arianasmum - Huge congratulations on being PUPO hun the embie sounds perfect. We can get through the tww together. As for the wine Warren tells his ladies to carry on as normal with coffee and wine just stay away from 'hooch', although I have to say I cant remember my last drink of alcohol going through all this I have seem to have turned t-total apart from my transfer brandy haha!
@Maxwellsmum - The 3 valium worked really well for me but as I said I only took them 5 minutes before going in as Warren was running early. It was perfect i was with it to talk about the embies and as I lay down for transfer it kicked in. I had my brandy in the waiting room on top of my valium though and I think I fell asleep through my intralipids holding the brandy - looking like a drunk haha!

@Billie2 - Oh hun you are most definitely being dragged through the crap hun! Sorry to hear you are left with no idea of where you stand you must be shattered. I am still hoping that you arenjust in the lower ranges and it could all still work out well. Can you possibly ring around other scan places for an emergency appointment before you see your fs?
@pingc383 - oh hun it sounds like you were very prepared for your appointment with lots of ideas of where to go from here. Its such a shame she wasn't willing to work with you, is that maybe because you are with a budget clinic and have set procedures and plans? I know you are waiting for a second opinion with Warren but it might be worth seeing someone else in between if your current fs wont work with you. Are there any other fs that work with the same lab to make a move pretty simple? Are you Brisbane based.
@midnite01 - Great news with your numbers hun, hoping all goes well from here xx

Thanks everyone for all your messages today we were so happy to get a transfer after this fail of a cycle.
Thanks also on your views of how you treat your tww. I have also done both situations when we first started ivf I was working and carried on as normal with no thought about it. After many fails I stopped working (various reasons not ivf related) and started to take things easier not doing much and not lifting. I think this cycle I will take it easier tomorrow but then carry on as usual, one day of rest will be nice 😊
