There is a doctor in sydney who specialises in immunology/reproduction. His name is DR Matthias. He also treats people for natural killer cells. It is common to have both.
My understanding is Clexane injections are crucial for these mutations. As they stop the risk of blood clotting that can be risky to the baby/placenta.

    All the best
I see Dr.M and he's fab with the immune stuff It is crucial to use clexane as well I was on it until 6 weeks pp. He will also check for anything else going on which I did have.He will do phone consults if you don't live in Sydney. I live in Melbourne so use Dr.M and There's a doctor here that also treats immunes Dr.Nick Lolatgis so between both was treated and had twin girls

Hi there, I have it too. I had 2 successful pregnancies and no miscarriages so I consider myself lucky. I did have significant postpartum haemorrhages. I'm not sure if that was why.
I take the Thorne Research supplements specifically for MTHFR that I buy from iherb.

May I ask what exact herbs are they. Also do you know which folate one is best from iherb? I've been using folinic acid (bio ceuticals brand) in this pregnancy.

Thank you for all your stories and help. I will have to see that doctor in Sydney.

I know that next pregnancy I'll have to hav clexane and take baby aspirin. I had severe preeclampsia, I guess from the gene mutation. I've also had a miscarriage and that's related to it Aswell.

Atleast I know now, maybe why I had these problems.

@Reneeharry these have been perscribed by my naturopath. She goes off reports from my ob, my ivf doctor and my recurrent miscarriage specialist (ive had 8 and 1 dd). Ive have issues with oestrogen, i have too much so oestroclear is for that. Progrstalift is cos i csn take progesterone suppositories anymore as it causes weird polyp growths on my cervix. I took both of tyem with my successful pregnancy before i knew about mthfr. Bio q is to help with egg quality and pure natal is the new formula created for ttc/pregnant women with mrhfr. I was originally on bio enhanced meth b. I take that brand as my body copes better on it

Thankyou I'll definitely have to look into them when I ttc. Do you take that when you're not ttc?

I just read your ttc diary. You're a strong lady. Wishing you a healthy pregnancy.
