Nope, we didn't find out the gender. Everyone thinks we're mad but it's our first and we don't care what it is, and we want a nice surprise. It's quite fun not knowing, but hard to buy things. Although I'm still too anxious to buy anything baby related yet. One of my friends gave me a beautiful rattle and it freaked me out! Is everyone else buying stuff? Maybe it will make me believe it's really happening if I buy a few things?

@Gypsy37 I'm glad everything was all good for you, your OB sounds lovely.

We didn't find out with our first 2, it was amazing, almost like a reward at the end of the 9 months finding out what we had! We won't find out this time either, I just love finding out at the birth not much is secret in the world anymore!

@Gypsy37 So glad to hear that everything went well today after the scare you had! I totally relate when you say that it freaked you out when your friend gave you a baby gift! I met up with a few friends this weekend and they both gave me baby stuff like maternity clothes and a baby bed, newborn nappies and a bunch more. For some reason it freaked me out too. I think maybe I just don't want to get too attached in case anything happens. So for now it is all locked in the boot of my car lol! I can't even have it in the house yet! Hopefully after my 12 weeks scan next week I'll relax a little! When do you have your NT 12 week scan?

Good on everyone who is not finding out the gender! I'm such a planner that I don't think I will be able to hold out that long! Lol But I admire those who can! What a cool surprise to have on delivery day!! My sister in law is due this week and the gender is a surprise. It just makes it even more exciting for everyone! Sucks when buying gifts though! Unisex baby clothes are just not that exciting! Lol

@Gypsy37 were not finding out the gender either. Also our first and I really want a surprise too. I've bought a few bits n pieces but nothing big yet, will probably wait a few more weeks yet.
@Muchulu1 would love the name of it!
