    Thanks! I use pods mostly.

I just remember the milk because if a table ordered say 3 coffees with 1 low fat milk and if I was waiting the table the baristas would say "take your pick" or "up to you"

That is terrible service! My regular cafe would never do that (you can see them change milk type frequently when preparing the milk). Plus it would never get passed someone like my Mum...she is so fussy. In fact, if a barista messes up her order (ie. Doesn't make it extra hot) she'll get them to remake it.

When it's bad coffee, to me, decaf tastes really bitter, even with semi-good coffee it tastes more bitter. But when it's good coffee I find it pretty impossible to tell. I've had to switch to decaf as I noticed my daily latte, even a weak one seemed to make DS spewy. There's one cafe where he makes such good coffee I genuinely can't tell.

I agree that decaf tastes great now! At least if it's real, ground coffee made as it should be it does. Instant always tastes like dishwater to me. I think in all my time of ordering decaf (a couple of years now) I've had the real thing served once, and yeah I knew because my heart was racing and I couldn't sleep that night! I'm very sensitive to caffeine though and even having more than one decaf in a day will trip me up.

If your coffee shop is fooling you best to try a new one I reckon! No decent place would do that when there are health reasons people choose what they choose.
