    Default Different early pregnancy-twins?!

I'm only just over 5 weeks pregnant with number 2 and I'm panicking that I must be having twins. I had no symptoms this early last time yet my breasts are huge for me (my arms kept bumping them at work today) they are tender (never in my whole last pregnancy were they tender) and my tummy looks like it's bloated considerably. Is this just normal 2nd time around or might it mean twins?!

Not necessarily. My boobs where huge 2nd time round. I went from from 10c to a 12d by the the time I was 12weeks. Our bodies have remembered from our 1st pregnancies so they in turn already know what to do.

Yes all normal second time round. Your body knows what it's doing this time. And every pregnancy is different. I've had two girls and they were very different pregnancies

if you think you might be carrying twins go have a blood test, and get the size of your uterus checked. I did conceive twins with my second pregnancy, and they were not diagnosed at all. I found out as twin 2 was born. I kid you not. marie.

My second I was showing by about six weeks, it was so hard trying to hide it at work! I think the body remembers, plus everything is already 'stretched'!
